1. Introduction: 1.1 About: This report will first introduce what the Blinkee company is selling and what services it offers. And analyze the seo, navigation, social media and browsing compatibility of the company's website. Compare with other competitors. In the end, suggestions for Blinkee's website and issues that need to be addressed will be put forward.

1.2 Business: Owned and operated by Matt Jacobs, Blinkee is a supplier that specializes in providing innovative lighting products, flashing toys, glowing party supplies, fiber optic toys and party glowing lights for 15 years. (Blinkee, 2019) There is a physical store in Fairfax, USA. Blinkee sells almost everything online.

1.3 Target user: Blinkee offers two kinds of products, one is business-to-customer and the other is business-to-business. They have all kinds of luminous products for consumers to buy, and they can also let other companies make customized luminous products. For general consumers, the luminous products can be purchased online or in physical stores (figure1). Blinkee also cooperate with other enterprises and Blinkee you need to contact and discuss. Companies such as MERCEDES BENZ, NASA and SACRAMENTO KINGS have worked with them (figure 2).

1.4 Competitors: This report will compare Blinkee's web design with two other companies. Both companies sell flashing toys and party supplies like Blinkee, so their targeting and purchase groups are similar.

The first website is coolglow: https://coolglow.com/ The second website is glowtopia: https://www.glowtopia.co.uk/?v=79cba1185463

2. Find ability : 2.1 Seo: Search engine optimimisation is an important tool for any company when setting up a website. It allows users to browse and discover the website in the first place. Most

people use the search engine when they use the Internet. Search engine optimimisation (SEO) technology is very important to ensure that users can greatly improve the search of the website when querying web pages (Jakob Nielsen, 2012).

This section will investigate whether Blinkee's website is searched on three different search engines: Google, yahoo, bling. When searching with different keywords, such as "blinking pins", only Google and Bling have Blinkee (figure 3-1) (figure 3-2) on the homepage, and other search engines have not seen the company's website on the homepage. But there is a search for "flashing jewelry" under the bling homepage to see the company name (figure4) of Blinkee. When searching for the keyword "Blinkee", both google and bling search engines appeared on the homepage (figure5), but did not appear on yahoo.

In addition, in the bling search engine, Blinkee's website link has two links, which can clearly let customers know what this company is selling and this company. However, there is no clear way to let customers know that there are other services besides products, such as customized services, which will make these customers in need lose their customers because they do not have complete information (figure 6).

2.2Keywords： Keywords can quickly find websites on search engines, using words or phrases. Most websites use keywords to increase customer and appeal (Murat Copcu; Young-Hee Kim; Hankyung Chung; Bonggun Lee; Hong-In Cheng 2011). Keyword research can increase customer interest in products and services, better understand and increase potential customers, and track trends (LUAN WISE, 2016). Searching for "blinking

pins" on the search engine found Blinkee (figure 7) on the homepage, but when searching for "flashing jewelry" on the search engine, Blinkee was not found on the homepage.

3. Website: 3.1 First impressions： First impressions are very important in designing a web page. People look at a book based on whether the cover is attractive. The beauty, usability, and credibility of the first impression can be used to judge whether the webpage is attractive (Therese Fessenden, 2017).

3.2 home page: The first impression a customer sees on the homepage will determine the attitude of the website, which may in turn affect whether the customer would like to continue to browse this website or look for other websites. Therefore, when designing a website, the aesthetic form of web design greatly affects customer satisfaction and adhesion (WeilinLiu, FuGuo, GuoquanYe, XiaoningLiang, 2016). When a user uses a

webpage, the path that people look at is from top to bottom and from left to right to view the webpage (P. Faraday, 2000). Blinkee's homepage clearly shows the products the company wants to sell, with a white base and a modern and clear picture. Blinkee's logo in the upper left corner is not too large, but a bit small. The directory is placed at the top, so that users can quickly find the link that the user wants. There is a shopping cart and search in the upper right, and you can directly search and view the shopping cart. Catalog, search icon and shopping cart are not on the same horizontal line. The catalog, search icon, shopping cart icon and logo are too small, and there is no frame to make a classification, which makes users feel very cluttered (figure 8). In the survey, some interviewees found Blinkee's homepage subtitles to be too shiny and hard to read. Some interviewees also thought that the header of the homepage was not good-looking and felt that they could not attract consumers (Appendix A). Compared to coolglow's website, coolglow's website doesn't look too shiny, and the directory, search icon, and ditch cart of coolglow's homepage are aligned, making it more comfortable to search and use this page (figure 9).

3.3Navigation： Navigation will affect traffic to your site, it will also affect the site's usability, Product page. Avoid using drop-down menus for close navigation, unless the site is large, many pages are used, or there are many products and services. The more the number of the menu is limited to seven, navigation projects, the user will be more difficult to deal with or understand these messages, making it impossible to attract users to continue browsing the web (Andy Crestodina, 2016). From the survey, some interviewees mentioned that Blinkee's navigation is not very clear. It will take some time to find the product the interviewee wants, which will make them want to switch to other websites (Appendix A). Blinkee needs to improve their navigation to make it simpler and easier for users to find products. Glowtopia's website is relatively better than Blinkee's website. All products are directly classified in the most obvious menu bar, allowing customers to quickly find the products they want.

If the customer wants to know more details, you can go further in the menu on the top left.

3.4 Product page: Product is displayed to the user on the first page, and the homepage launch is the current flagship product. You can find other products through the above list. The background of the product is white as the background of the product. All products have only one picture, there are no other situational drawings or size drawings, and the pictures are too big for customers to feel oppressive (figure 11). Coolglow product pages are better than Blinkee product pages. Coolglow products have multiple pictures to make consumers see more clearly and carefully (figure 12).

Coolglow has consumer comments at the bottom of the product page. On the one hand, other consumers can know the quality of the product before buying, on the other hand, it can increase consumer trust (figure 13 ). From the survey, the interviewees felt that the product introduction page was too monotonous. The same type of display can be on the same page, which is more convenient to browse. The size of the product can be displayed more clearly with the icon. There is only one picture of the product. Put the product diagram at a slightly more angle, the situation diagram and function diagram can let users understand the product function more quickly ( Appendix A ).

3.5 Social media： Social media can store a large amount of content and quickly disseminate information to others. In this era of the Internet, in addition to personal use, it is also a good tool for companies to promote products. Now more and more companies use social media to enhance their competitive advantage ( Clyde W. Holsapple, Shih-Hui Hsiao, Ram Pakath, 2018). Blinkee doesn't put any social media links on the webpage (figure 14), but it can search for his Blinkee fan page on google, facebook, twitter and instagram. It can be seen from this that Blinkee does not make good social media links on the webpage. It can be seen on Facebook and Twitter that Blinkee will regularly put new products on to others to see, but on Instagram, it has stopped updating for almost 8 months. Blinkee used social media to promote their products, but did not fully link the website with social media, and did not fully utilize all social media to promote their products. Compared with growtopia, growtopia has links to various social media at the bottom of the web page. You can link to social software to see their fan page and new products(figure 15).

4. Browser Compatibility: Browsing compatibility Blinkee has problems with almost all browsers. Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome all have missing content or features (figure 16). On desktops, laptops, and devices without a mobile SIM or Skype, the error will appear like after clicking the link, Chrome on Android will show the "Add to Contacts" window, IE11 on Windows 7 displays the message "This webpage cannot be displayed". When clicking the link, Chrome on Windows 7 does not perform any actions and so on. In the survey, some respondents found that the webpage would run off when the webpage was swiped left (Appendix A). Blinkee's browsing compatibility needs to be greatly improved.

5. User satisfaction Website performance and satisfaction are closely related, so a design that makes it easier for users to use when designing a webpage will be preferred by users (Jakob Nielsen, 2012). Customer satisfaction is strongly related to customer purchase intentions, and the quality of website design and customer satisfaction are also strongly related (Billy Bai, Rob Law, Ivan Wen, 2007). In the survey, the interviewees were not very satisfied with Blinkee's website and felt that there were many areas that needed improvement, such as the uncomfortable homepage, too few product images, and difficulty in finding the exact product in terms of navigation and many more.

6. Conclusion In this report we analyze and review the website of Blinkee. Navigation of commercial websites, social media, etc. have an impact and relevance to the company. Blinkee needs to re-plan and re-design their webpages to give customers a certain level of credibility and appeal.

There is only one picture of the product, and a little more perspective picture is needed. There are also some situation maps that let customers know the function through the picture. You don't need to look at the product description to know the function of the product.

The pattern on the front page is too bright, which makes users feel uncomfortable.

The header of the webpage can be enhanced to attract consumers.

Pictures and content are very vivid and may cause seizures.
