Representation

Through the use of rendering programs like Autocad, Rhinoceros 3D, Photoshop, and Illustrator, comes an exploration of space through different persperctives of an area.

Using analog representation to create the narrative of a natural disruption against a school campus fragment. Solving the problems of circulation at hand. As well as cutting through the natural landscape with the use of Autocad and Rhinoceros 3D.

/ FRAGMENT MANIPULATION

A reflection on the visceral experience of moving across vast landscape at different speeds, affiliating sites with design operations, as an act of topographic disruption. For my campus fragment, I used a heap as a disruption to the area.

With time the heap created a pile of dirt over the stairs and I came up with a solution to keep pedestrian circulation in the context of the vicinity. Through this I created three passageways for students to occupy to lead them to the cafeteria of the school.

/ TOPOGRAPHY MANIPULATION

Topography fragment from the vicinity of Death Valley, California. Through the program Autocad, I used a 2-D model and modeled it in Rhino to create a three dimensional view. Once this was created, I cut a mandmade water chanel through the given fragment.
