South African university Stellenbosch is working on developing training materials for beginning and small scale farmers on risk management and financial analysis
She disclosed that Mulimi had collaborated with other parties to find solutions to the issue at hand, including Chowdhury from the Finnish Embassy and the Bank of Zambia, which aimed to support financial inclusion.

Chikomborero emphasized her desire to have personally participated in the conference at the opening comments, but she intended to attend the upcoming meetings in the years to come.
She went on to mention the events of cooperation that the finish government facilitated between Zambian companies and the counterparts from the Democratic Republic of Congo which was held in Lubumbashi DRC.
She ended by passing her gratitude to have been invited and looked forward to hear from the discussion.

The ambassador began by expressing her gratitude for being invited to the meeting, thanking the companies, participants, and organizers for making it a success, and then she acknowledged Mulimi as a fantastic idea Ambassador Pirjo emphasized the cooperation between Finland and Zambia as well as the development and strengthening of a more varied bilateral relationship that places a greater emphasis on the private sector in recognition of its critical role in the country's development and more partnership with SMEs in Zambia
Speech by Networking & Panel Discussion Guest of Honor
Mulimi digital gave an explosive and exciting presentation on a digital platform called Smart Farmer This platform allows virtual interaction buy a farmer and agronomist from any part of the world as a demonstration was done with Mr Peter an agronomist from cape town south Africa who gave an assessment of a farm in Lusaka Zambia and was able through the digital platform gather information on the rainfall patterns of that area, temperature, humidity as well as soil sample data to be able to give advice on fertilizer application.
The digital platform also allows interaction between sellers and buyers of agriculture based good and services. It also allows banks and insurance companies to be able to access data about farmers and be able to provide services to the farmer
“In order to leave no one behind, and not to exacerbate the agricultural tech and market access divides mulimi proposes developing national digital strategies for agriculture and rural development where gender issues are mainstreamed,”

"The use of RETs for agricultural production means that farmers can undertake more value added activities (grinding, milling, drying, storage) and are able to access to water through the use of solar pumps for irrigation and clean drinking water"
Bio Green which was founded by two female recent university of Zambia graduates by the names of Chanda Kabanga and Niza Zulu They were motivated to start up this company by the effects of climate change and the main objective of this company is to provide a sustainable renewable for of energy in the form of gas that is produced from household and agricultural waste This waste will be collected and through several processes the end product will be a Bio gas that can be used as an alternative and yet renewable form of energy.

Tokozile Ngwenya opened the discussion by asking what support is given to small farmers by super markets to insure that the farmer is able to meet the standards set by the super market
"The percentage of smallholders with access to finance is equally difficult to quantify, even promising approaches to expanding smallholder lending, such as value chain finance, are reaching fewer than 10 percent of smallholders, primarily those in well established value chains dedicated to higher value cash crops. while high production costs, price volatility, and indirect or informal market connections degrade farmers’ profit margins"
