The October Artbeat features an interview with SCAPE curator Jamie Hanton and the launch of its 2020 Season in Ōtautahi Christchurch. Plus, the artists' collective Shared Lines has collaborated with 60 emerging and leading New Zealand artists to create a 36 metre artwork, Pūtahitanga ( a joining, unification) to be installed in the city centre of Christchurch in the new Spark Building, as well as reviews, news and listings for more than 40 exhibitions in galleries throughout Christchurch and Canterbury.
