Terms and Eligibility

New Terms

• Up to 5 model years and under 60,000 miles on odometer • Day 1 coverage • Expires when the odometer reaches mileage term

Pre-owned Terms

• Up to 12 model years and under 150,000 miles on odometer • Day 1 coverage • Term miles are added to odometer reading at time of vehicle purchase

Benefits

Roadside assistance

24/7 assistance with lockouts, tire changes, jump starts, fluid delivery, and towing.

Car rental

Up to $40 per day, up to 6 days is provided for covered repairs, or repairs covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will also provide 2 additional days for inspection or part(s) shipping.

Trip interruption

For customers who are more than 100 miles away from home and their vehicle has a mechanical breakdown that is covered under the Vehicle Service Contract, we will reimburse up to $150 per day, up to 3 days, for required meals and lodging.

Transferability

Vehicle sold within Vehicle Service Contract terms, the remaining coverage can be transferred to the new owner, enhancing the resale value.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Vehicle Service Contract at any time and receive reimbursement for the unused portion.

Warranty Solutions launched the EcoMind product option in 2009, providing additional mechanical breakdown coverage for the parts that help your vehicle run more efficiently, burn fuel more cleanly, and reduce overall emission output. For each Vehicle Service Contract sold by a dealer, Warranty Solutions plants trees through their partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation. The Warranty Solutions GAP program is available for new and used cars, vans, light trucks, and some Commercial Use vehicles. Excluded vehicles include: any vehicle that has been salvaged or branded in whole or part, used for emergency services, rare, exotic, unusual, limited production, one-of-a-kind, kit, or customized.
