Public Notice Yunagua Binni Flag

The Yunagua Binni Government under the authority of the Yunagua Binni Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Yunagua Binni Government has authorised the use of the Yunagua Binni Flag for use in official duties and occasions within Yunagua Binni country pursuant to Yunagua Binni Government Law.
The Yunagua Binni Government now make known to the world that the Yunagua Binni flag:
1. Is now an authorised flag for official use within Yunagua Binni country.
2. Can be flown on its own within Yunagua Binni country.
3. Can be flown in conjunction with the official Yunagua Binni Government flag pursuant to the conditions detailed within ‘Flying the Flag’ handbook.
4. Is for the public use within Yunagua Binni country to designate property of the Yunagua Binni Government located within or emanating from Yunagua Binni country.
5. Consists of three colours; red, gold, black – commonly regarded as representative of the original custodians of these lands.
6. The central continental land mass centred with the sun and two images of unique fauna the emu and kangaroo.
