The Yunagua Binni Tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the Yunagua Binni Tribe.
The Yunagua Binni Tribal People make it known that by the authority of the Yunagua Binni Council of Elders of the establishment of the Yunagua Binni Government, now release this Public Notice.
The Yunagua Binni Tribal People now make known to the world that:
1. The Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblem is used to identify Yunagua Binni Tribal Authority.
2. The Yunagua Binni Tribal People pursuant to Yunagua Binni Tribal Law now declare the Yunagua Binni Government.
3. The Yunagua Binni Tribal Law vests within the Yunagua Binni Government the authority and power to make laws for the peace, order and good government of Yunagua Binni Tribal Territory.
4. All further Public Notices will be released by the Yunagua Binni Government under the authority of the Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblem.
Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblem or any part of the Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Yunagua Binni Tribal Law.
