Yunagua Binni Tribal Members

The Yunagua Binni Tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the Yunagua Binni Tribe.
The Yunagua Binni Tribal People being concerned that Australian citizens and or officers of the Commonwealth of Australia, and or the States of Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory and or Queensland Government, Western Australia Government, Northern Territory Government have been granted the ability to make laws and or enforcing laws on the Yunagua Binni Tribal People now release this Public Notice.
The Yunagua Binni Tribal People now make known to the world that:
1. The Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblem is used to identify Yunagua Binni Tribal Authority.
2. The Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblem may only be used with the written consent of the Yunagua Binni Tribal Council of Elders.
3. The Yunagua Binni Tribal People live pursuant to Yunagua Binni Tribal Law.
4. The Yunagua Binni Tribal People DO NOT live pursuant to any other law, including but not limited Commonwealth of Australia States of Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory and or Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory.
5. The Yunagua Binni Tribal People ARE NOT Australian citizens or citizens of Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory citizens.
6. The Yunagua Binni Tribal People ARE NOT constitutionally recognised within the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901.
7. The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 DOES NOT vest in the Parliament of Australia any authority to make laws for the Yunagua Binni Tribal People.

8. The Western Australia Constitution Act 1889, DOES NOT vest in the Western Australia Parliament, and or Western Australia Government any authority to make laws for, and or on behalf of the Yunagua Binni Tribal People.
9. The Northern Territory (Self-Government) Act, DOES NOT vest in the Northern Territory Parliament, and or Northern Territory Government any authority to make laws for, and or on behalf of the Yunagua Binni Tribal People.
10. The Constitution Act 1856 (SA), DOES NOT vest in the South Australian Parliament, and or South Australia Government any authority to make laws for, and or on behalf of the Yunagua Binni Tribal People.
11. The Constitution Act 1934 (SA), DOES NOT vest in the South Australian Parliament, and or South Australia Government any authority to make laws for, and or on behalf of the Yunagua Binni Tribal People.
12. The arrest, and or detention, and or interference of a Yunagua Binni Tribal Member by any Australian citizen, Western Australia citizen, South Australian citizen, Northern Territory citizen and or officer of the Commonwealth of Australia, and or Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory WILL invoke the Yunagua Binni Tribal jurisdiction.
13. Any Australian citizen, and or Western Australia citizen, South Australian citizen, Northern Territory citizen and or officer of the Commonwealth of Australia, and or Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory invoking Yunagua Binni Tribal jurisdiction GIVES MUTUALASSENT, AND OR VOLUNTARILY CONSENTS TO Yunagua Binni Tribal Law, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Yunagua Binni Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Yunagua Binni Tribal Law.
Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblems or any part of the Yunagua Binni Tribal Emblems is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Yunagua Binni Tribal Law.
