Exhibition Marketing Proposal
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) will be holding its ninth convocation on 16th August 2009 with the present of our Chancellor, Y.A.Bhg Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad who will be conferring the scroll to the graduates. In conjunction with this auspicious event, UTP will be organising Convofair 2009 on the 14th until 16th August 2009 (Friday to Sunday). This festival is jointly organised by the Convofair 2009 committee members, Students Representative Council and the Student Support Services Department of UTP. This year, Convofair will be offering 50 business centers and 30 exhibitor booths. Other than that, there will be various sport competitions such as futsal, netball, treasure hunt, archery, online games and bowling. There will also be a performance by great artists and also the students themselves.
We anticipate a bigger number of crowd not only from students and staff but also from the community surroundings. Hence this would be an opportunity for any companies or individuals to exhibit and promote their products or services.
