It’s our job to keep you within budget and the second we cause a couple to go over budget, it will show up in our reviews. Of course, you are welcome to shift priorities and raise or lower your budget at any time. It’s important that we talk through those decisions so we can guide you on the layers of complexity involved, avoiding any fall out.
We will also add that we take pride in focusing on quality. Not every proposal will be apples to apples, one may come out higher, but the value and quality will be there.
In short, it comes down to not knowing how much work is involved until we are in the moment of each element While we won’t be able to guarantee a final cost, just as you won’t be able to guarantee what our workload will end up being, we have some peace of mind measures in place!
Because we do this often, we are able to give you a standard range for the vision you have. And of course, when we break down the budget and start referring vendors, we are more than happy to factor in a cap that you set if it makes you feel more comfortable. Again, you are in control of every purchase and where the budget ultimately falls.
Your priorities and vision may ebb and flow, sometimes clients end up finding they spend less. Other times, clients add elements and the budget grows You’ll always have live access to the budget tracker, but with each vendor interview, we will take a look at budget implications together so you can make the most informed decision.
Additionally, once we talk, we'll be able to give you a visual representation of what our clients typically spend for the vision you communicate to us.

But other planners are also worn down, tired, and resentful at the end of some of their accounts. We aren’t!
We charge our worth and for the time and energy we put into each event. If we had a flat fee, it would have to be much higher in order to capture unpredicted work across the board. However, with this model, everyone simply pays for their own project No one is penalized for the scope creep of other clients.
Also, even without scope creep, each event is entirely different. If one person anticipates a $100k wedding with 15 vendors, while another anticipates a $100k wedding with 5 vendors, why should they be paying the same amount? Managing 15 vendors vs 5 vendors is entirely different
We're a member of one of the most reputable wedding planning communities and we see that day in and day out, this model allows for the healthiest relationships among planners and couples, reducing tension that can arise when one party or the other feels things are not balanced and fair.

We start wtih an initial call! We absolutely love getting to know our couples, since we are truly choosing each other to work together throughout the planning process
Once your needs are expressed, WNE will create a custom proposal and enter the review process Ask all the questions! This is a big deal and we want to 100% make certain we are the right fit for you
A retainer and signed contract holds the date (which is like inventory in our world!) and we get right to work! We cannot hold a date without a signed contract and retainer
Our planning process has been years in the making, and we keep you on track from day one. We send a comprehensive list of to-do's and drive the bus from there Enjoy every minute
We are situated in Bozeman and Helena, traveling far and wide to oversee the events we work on You can find us working in the tri-state area of Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. Some of the most common locations are Big Sky, Bozeman, Helena, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Jackson, Cody, Big Fork, Whitefish, Glacier National Park and beyond We work 1-6 hours drive from home base. We are also available for travel.
