Carley and Max called on us in the fall of 2023 with one hope in mind; to entertain their closest friends and family in a spectacular setting for a destination wedding to Montana . When they told us they had secured the new Yellowstone Under Canvas North property, we were elated to help! We had the honor of creating the very first event at Yellowstone Under Canvas North.

We asked Carley why she was drawn to Wander North Events and her answer was simple, our style and variety really spoke to her stylistically She could see herself wanting what we could provide, so we set out on a 9 month planning timeline for a five day experience for their guests

For this full plan wedding weekend, we took charge of everything from design to logistics, guest management, guest gifts and delights, hotel/camp assignments, transportation and more

A True Montana Welcome

Carley and Max wanted an authentic experience for their guests to welcome them to their wedding weekend Our team set the tone by working with local talent to enhance what already exists at Sage Lodge with elevated western accents and decor From a custom bar with local spirits to a menu of regional fair of bison tenderloin and trout cakes, we had it covered To achieve the curated Montana vibe, we chose fun activities such as axe throwing, local beer tasting, branding activity and a llama meet and greet All of these activities kept the guests entertained all evening

Vision and trust Carley and Max’s vision fit our own aesthetic and the couple let us run with our ideas From vision board to real life the transformation of the property at Yellowstone Under Canvas North was a sight to behold. We fully decked and floored the tent to create the level and clean surface to work from and set the stage for a magnificent wedding

We were so excited when Carley called us up with a surprise for Max that has far exceeded anything we have ever done for a client with WNE The surprise was a ‘67 Mustang, but not just any Mustang! If you know, you know! We accepted shipping of the vehicle, ordered a custom trailer for it, and white glove serviced it to the venue It all took careful coordination, shhhhhh secret keeping, and working closely with Carley to keep this surprise for her groom!
