Hello, I’m Laura, the creator of Wanderful! By trade, I’m a graphic designer and marketer, but I’ve always had a passion for exploring the world around me. My sense of curiosity, adventure, and wonder has been passed down from generation to generation in my family, and it’s a part of me I’m incredibly proud to have.
I’ll leave you with a reminder to both the young and old Wanderers reading this book:
Hold on tight to your curiosity, let joy guide your imagination, and never lose the childlike awe that makes the ordinary extraordinary.
With love, -
Laura
Bonding over shared moments of discovery and exploring the beauty of the world around me are some of my most precious memories. I hope to pass these experiences on to you and your family too.
At Wanderful, we believe that curiosity, wonder, and emotional understanding are essential to a child’s development. In today’s fast-paced world, where kids and parents are increasingly absorbed in technology, it’s easy to overlook the beauty and simple joys of the world around us.
Through our stories, we encourage children to use all of their senses — both physical and abstract — to experience the magic hidden in everyday life. We inspire them to feel the warmth of the sun, listen to the rustling of leaves, smell the fresh scent of rain, and reflect on the emotions these sensations evoke.
Wanderful is a children’s book publisher on a mission to literally flip the narrative in an efort to rekindle connection and mindfulness. Our books serve as a guide to rediscovering the world through fresh, curious eyes for parents and their little ones alike.
From our Wanderful family to yours, we hope our work sparks a lifetime of discovery and joy in your home.
Here’s to endless curiosity and the many happy adventures ahead!
