Florida Attorney Diane Paull Violates Injunction 4 Times And Nothing Is Done

Now, how is it that Attorney Diane Paull ( Petitioner), (pro se) is allowed to contact Dan Walsh (Respondent) in her Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence taken from Respondents Political Blog when the injunction specifically states “ANY PARTY� violating this injunction shall be subject to civil or indirect criminal contempt proceedings... ? This Racketeer has balls of steel, but of course she is being enabled by other Racketeers working within the Enterprise. It would be suggested that the FEDS handle these Terrorists or they will have one heck of a situation to deal with.

Dear Mr. Walsh, As you will recall, Judge Boyer issued an Order enjoining you from posting anything about me, my legal work or my Firm. You have violated that Order by posting defamatory and libelous information again on the website Scribd. A copy of the violative information is attached to this email.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that this information must be removed within 24 hours or I will pursue another Show Cause Order against you, including a request for attorney’s fees and costs.
