Your History is in the Making with Alldritt Homes
WHEN IT COMES TO KNOWING WHAT EDMONTONIANS WANT IN A COMMUNITY AND A HOME, Alldritt Homes is second-to-none, thanks to their 70-year history in the Greater Edmonton Area. Started in 1943, Alldritt Homes has built—and is still building—thousands of dwellings in the Edmonton area, which is a testament to their commitment to craftsmanship and building for long-term living comfort. And because of their pledge to be the most respected customer-oriented leader in the home building industry in Canada, they strive to use innovative designs and quality products for each and every customer, no matter the budget. Alldritt Homes is a widely recognized and multi-awardwinning company. Its Nottingham duplex model was recently recognized as the winner of the “Multi-Family Townhouse / Duplex under $275,000” category and their Monarch model was a Finalist in two categories, “Best Single Family $300,000$325,000” and “Best Single Family $325,000-$350,000” in Edmonton’s 2013 CHBA Awards of Excellence in Housing.

Stan Alldritt Sr., the cunning founder of Alldritt Homes, started the company during World War II. At government salvage auctions, Stan Sr. purchased the wooden crates used to ship aircraft parts, and stockpiled the wood and straightened the nails. He later used the materials to build his first homes in the 124 Street area, homes in which his family lived. Now, with Stan Jr. at the helm, Alldritt Homes has grown significantly since its humble beginnings, but while the Alldritt Group of Companies has interests throughout Canada, their pride, joy—and heart—is always in Edmonton. Alldritt Homes is currently building in the communities of Creekwood Chappelle —one of the city’s newest southwest communities—and Granville—a Craftsmaninspired community in West Edmonton.
