Work From Home Altered Sleep Schedules Of 67% Indian During Coronavirus Lockdown The coronavirus has enforced a lockdown In India, like many other countries. The effect of the lockdown is that it has disrupted life but there is one particular area that has created a lot of disturbance. That is the sleep schedule! As per a survey conducted recently, more than 81% of the respondents said that they would sleep better after the end of the lockdown. Work from Home due to Corona Lockdown

The country is in a lockdown as a strategy to stop the spread of the virus. The government has mandated that private companies should allow their employees to work from home. That has led to a blur in the routine. People in an effort to juggle work and home are finding less time to sleep. A survey conducted across various cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, etc has concluded that about 67% of the respondents said that work from home has altered their sleep schedules. Most of them stated that they are now staying up until 11 PM which they had not done before lockdown. The 1,500 people that participated in the survey were in the age group of 25 to 45 years. 55% of the respondents were in the age group between 25 to 35 and about 20% of those that participated were in the 36 to 45 age range.
