Teaching to
Passions
The fourth and fifth grades at Wakefield were totally restructured this year, through logistical machinations that affected the entire Lower School. Why? To allow teachers to teach what they are the most passionate about. The results dwarf expectations. Beams one ecstatic fourth grader, “It’s not even like school! Everyone wants to come every day.” The members of the fourth and fifth grade team share their experiences, their methods...and their passion. page 18
