Members of the public are welcome to attend the meetings and a public forum is provided at the start of each meeting. Until further notice meetings will be held via videolink (not in person). You can attend the public section of Council and most committee meetings using the Carterton District Council’s Facebook page @cartertondistrictcouncil. Meetings are also uploaded to YouTube within 24 hours of the meeting. Members of the public who wish to participate in a public forum must register their intention with the Democratic Services Officer on 06 379 4030, or by email to demservices@cdc.govt.nz at least one full day before the meeting date. The meeting agendas will be available for public inspection two days prior to the meeting at the Council’s Main Office Building, the Carterton Library and on the Council’s website.
