In 2005 VRKP Group made an acquisition of a steel manufacturing firm to manufacture TMT called VRKP Re-Rolling mill. In 2007 VRKP Group made an acquisition of a steel manufacturing firm to manufacture Sponge Iron called Ambey Metallic Ltd. In 2011 VRKP Group Established Steel Manufacturing firm to Manufacture MS Billets called Agarwal Induction Furnace Pvt Ltd. In 2015 VRKP Group made an acquisition of a steel manufacturing firm to manufacture Sponge, Power, Billets & TMT called VRKP Sponge
