A golf tour through Canada’s wild, beautiful west - designed for those who value the details. Join us in September 2026 for a 14-night journey that blends championship golf with dramatic landscapes, refined accommodation, and the kind of seamless travel experience that lets you simply enjoy the ride.

This small-group Canada golf tour begins in Vancouver and ends in Banff, weaving through the alpine forests of Whistler, the rolling vineyards of the Okanagan Valley, and the grandeur of the Canadian Rockies. Along the way, you’ll play seven of Canada’s top courses—each chosen for its setting, condition, and design pedigree. From the mountain-framed fairways of Nicklaus North and Big Sky, to the rugged terrain of Tobiano and the lakeside calm of Predator Ridge, every round is distinct. The journey finishes with a round at the legendary Fairmont Banff Springs, a course that feels as much a part of the landscape as the mountains themselves.

But this is more than just golf. It’s about slowing down in all the right places. A gondola ride high above Whistler’s peaks. Wine and lunch in a lakeside vineyard. Quiet hours in Banff, where elk wander through town and the mountains steal your attention.

You’ll stay in well-located, full-service hotels chosen for comfort and character. Every transfer is taken care of. And your tour is hosted from start to finish by the Voyages.golf team—people who know the terrain, the fairways, and all the little things makes a good trip truly memorable.

Our Queenstown Golf Week 2024 was our 3rd trip with Voyages and we have at least two more booked. From the first email to the final goodbye Voyages are exemplary in every aspect. No detail was overlooked and they make you feel so very welcome. The accomodation at the Crowne Plaza was great - perfect central location... the golf courses at Jack’s Point and Millbrook were outstanding and our day trip to Walter’s Peak was amazing...superb BBQ buffet.

We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Voyages if you want to experience a great golf trip.

A dramatic mountain course carved into the lower slopes of Blackcomb, Chateau Whistler combines elevation changes, granite outcroppings, and narrow fairways through forest. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., it’s a thrilling alpine test with scenic rewards at every turn.

Non-Golfer Experience:

Today’s suggestion is Whistler trail hiking. Set off on an easy-to-moderate nature trail around Lost Lake or the Valley Trail system—ideal for nature lovers and photographers alike.

Day 6 | Peak2Peak

Saturday 05 September

Ride the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, the world’s highest and longest lift, linking Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. From here, spend the day hiking, dining at altitude, or relaxing in town. This day is all about experiencing the mountains at your own pace.

This evening, there are no scheduled activites, but your tour leaders will make a booking at one of our favourite restaurants so please feel free to join them for a wonderful evening! Our leaders have been to Whistler dozens of times and we know it like the locals.

Itinerary

Day 7 | Play Tobiano GC

Sunday 06 September

Golf: Tobiano Golf Club (PM tee time)

Spend the afternoon at Monte Creek Ranch Winery, enjoying a guided tasting flight with valley views and locally produced wines. Optional cheese and charcuterie platters available.

Day 8 | Sagebrush Golf Club

Monday 07 September

Today we head south on our way to Predator Ridge Resort. We’ll play British Columbia’s top-ranked public golf course: Sagebrush Golf Club. This is a truly spectacular course, ranked in the Top10 in Canada and the top Public course in BC. Amazing views, outstanding design work by Rod Whitman.

After golf, we proceed to check in at Predator Ridge Resort for four nights. This apartment-style resort features fantastic views over the golf courses, and has two onsite restaurants, a fitness centre, massive driving range and plenty of hiking trails. Play pickleball onsite and swim in the 25-metre lap pool.

Itinerary

Day 9 | Okanagan Winery Tour

Tuesday 08 September

The Okanagan Valley is the heart of British Columbia’s wine country and one of North America’s most exciting emerging wine regions. Stretching over 250 km from Osoyoos to Vernon, the valley boasts a unique mix of dry desert climate, glacial lakes, and diverse soils— ideal for producing high-quality wines.

Today, we’ll have a winery tour and tasting, followed by lunch at one of the most surreal wineries in the state: 50th Parallel. This is a fantastic day out for wine lovers & food lovers alike.

Day 10 | Play the Predator

Wednesday 09 September

Golf: The Predator Course, Predator Ridge

The original layout at Predator Ridge, this Les Furber design has a more linksstyle feel, with exposed terrain, open sightlines, and deep pot bunkers. It’s a strong and strategic contrast to the Ridge Course—rounded off by top-tier conditioning.

Non-Golfer Experience: Explore Davison Orchards in Vernon for a taste of local life. Wander the farm store, enjoy homemade baking, and take in views over apple orchards and rolling hills. A relaxed, flavourful experience.

Itinerary

Day 11 | Play The Ridge Course

Thursday 10 September

Today we play the newest course at Predator Ridge Resort - The Ridge. This 18-hole championship course overlooks Lake Okanagan, with dramatic elevation changes and pristine fairways. After golf, we’ve got a tour dinner included (own drinks) at the Resort which is private for our group to relax and socialise after a fantastic day of golf.

Day 12 | Scenic Drive to Banff

Friday 11 September

We travel into the Canadian Rockies today, with a scenic stop for lunch in Revelstoke (drinks at own expense). Enjoy a relaxed journey through changing terrain, arriving in Banff National Park by late afternoon.

We always decide to stay in central Banff Village because you’re walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. There are bigger resorts outside the town but these involve getting transfers to/from town, and we find it is better to enjoy the place without the hassle of transfers.

We’ll stop at Lake Louise for you to see the amazing views in real life.

Take today at your own pace. Optional activities include the Banff Gondola, Bow Falls, or simply enjoying Banff’s shops and cafés. Guided excursions to Lake Louise or Moraine Lake can also be arranged for those looking to venture further afield.

The Golf

Nicklaus North Golf Club

Designer: Jack Nicklaus - Opened: 1996

Holes: 18 | Par: 71 | Length: 6,961 yards

Set along the shores of Green Lake just minutes from Whistler Village, Nicklaus North is one of only a handful of courses worldwide to bear Jack Nicklaus’s name. Built with a focus on playability and aesthetics, it was designed to complement its alpine surroundings without being overly punishing for resort guests. It’s hosted several high-profile events, including Skins Games featuring Nicklaus, Norman, Duval, and Watson.

Big Sky Golf Club

Designer: Robert Cupp - Opened: 1994

Holes: 18 | Par: 72 | Length: 7,001 yards

Located 25 minutes north of Whistler, Big Sky sits beneath the towering face of Mount Currie and is consistently ranked among the top public courses in Canada. The layout is expansive, with wide fairways and riskreward challenges. Conditioning is excellent, and the setting—surrounded by farmland and mountains—is nothing short of cinematic.

Chateau Whistler Course

Designer: Robert Trent Jones Jr.

Opened: 1993

Holes: 18 | Par: 72 | Length: 6,635 yards

Built into the side of Blackcomb Mountain, Chateau Whistler is a true mountain course that weaves through forest, crosses glacial streams, and offers significant elevation changes. Despite its setting, it’s remarkably fair—with generous landing areas and some of the most memorable tee shots in BC.

Tobiano Golf Course

Designer: Thomas McBroom - Opened: 2008

Holes: 18 | Par: 72 | Length: 7,367 yards

Tobiano is a modern Canadian classic. Perched high above Kamloops Lake on windswept bluffs, it features dramatic elevation shifts, rugged bunkering, and panoramic views on nearly every hole. Built into natural terrain with minimal earthmoving, it plays firm and fast—ideal for strategic golf.

The Golf

Predator Ridge - The Ridge Course

Designer: Doug Carrick

Opened: 2010

Holes: 18 | Par: 72 | Length: 7,123 yards

The Ridge Course flows through a mix of grassland, rocky outcrops, and elevated ridgelines, with sweeping views of the Okanagan Valley. Carrick’s design balances drama with playability, offering a modern, flowing layout with generous landing areas and undulating greens.

The Predator Course

Designer: Les Furber

Opened: 1991

Holes: 18 | Par: 71 | Length: 7,090 yards

The original course at Predator Ridge, this layout features a more open, links-style aesthetic with bold bunkering and fescue-lined fairways. It’s played host to multiple professional and amateur championships, including the World Skins Game.

Sagebrush Golf Club – Quilchena, BC

Designer: Rod Whitman, Richard Zokol & Armen Suny

Opened: 2009

Holes: 18 | Par: 72 | Length: 7,390 yards

Carved into the rolling hills above Nicola Lake, Sagebrush is as much a philosophy as it is a golf course. The minimalist design embraces wide fairways, natural contours, and a “less-is-more” approach to hazards. Expect firm, fast conditions that reward imagination and shot-making, with sweeping views across the valley adding to the experience.

Fairmont Banff Springs Course

Designer: Stanley Thompson

Opened: 1928

Holes: 18 | Par: 71 | Length: 6,938 yards

One of the crown jewels of Canadian golf, Banff Springs is a heritage course that winds through the Bow River Valley beneath Mount Rundle. Designed by the legendary Stanley Thompson, it’s famous for the Devil’s Cauldron par-3 and its timeless blend of beauty and strategy.
