Once again, Voyages Golf provided us with the trip of a lifetime. This is our 5th trip with this great team, who created a seamless and stressless South African golf adventure. Every detail was covered and our only complaint is that we had to come home. The golf courses, the accomodation, the food, the touring group, the tour guides, the on-ground transfers were outstanding, leaving us with life-time memories. Thank you Harry, Glenn & Gayle - you were beyond amazing.

Sheraton Fiji Beach Resort

The 5-star Sheraton Fiji Beach Resort is situated in the centre of Denarau Island, ideally 20 minutes from Nadi Airport. The luxury beachfront resort was refurbished in 2022 and features state-of-the-art rooms. Facilities include use of a brand new gym & 25-metre outdoor lap pool (at the Westin), four restaurants and three large pools, including an adults-only pool. All rooms have individual air-conditioning, Nespresso coffee machines, and large walk-in showers. The centre of the Resort is the lobby area which features various ballrooms adjoining the side and the main restaurant Island 619 before reaching the pool, and beyond that is the Tatavu Restaurant overlooking the Ocean. There are eight wings snaking their way from this central location which feature three different room types:

Garden View - These rooms are spacious and modern with either twin or king beds set up with a couch and table. They feature private patio’s or balconies overlooking the garden. Garden-view rooms are located closer to the central lobby area.

Ocean View - These rooms are located half-way along each wing, getting closer to the ocean with partial sea views from all Ocean-view rooms. They are set up exactly the same as the Garden View rooms but if you’re staying for seven nights or more, an Ocean view room makes a big differnece.

Ocean Front - These rooms are located on the ground and top floor (there are only two floors) but at the end of each wing, directly facing the ocean. They are larger than the other room types with spacious living areas and large balconies or patios. These are the top-level rooms in the Resort, perfect for entertaining and relaxing with uninterrupted sea views.

The Golf You’ll Play

Denarau Golf Club

Designed by Eichi

Denarau Golf Club has long been central to Denarau Island, sitting on reclaimed land behind the major resorts that border the beach. The course sits on flat land which is criss-crossed by tidal waterways which means that water comes into play on fifteen holes. The course is accessible on foot from The Sheraton Resort, making it a perfect place to host Fiji Golf Week.

Natadola Bay Golf Course

Located on the Coral Coast, Natadola Bay Championship Golf Club hosted the Fiji International until 2018. With a touching hand by local Vijay Singh and a Singaporeanbased design company, this course features in the World Top 100. Wind is the biggest challenge here, with holes 1 - 5, and 13 - 18 exposed to the ocean. The views are dramatic and there are extreme elevation changes which makes for a fantastic adventure. Playing here twice is a real treat for the avid golfer.

Contact us when booking, and we’ll handle the rest.

Are your hosts experienced?

Absolutely. Voyages.golf is a family-run company with over 100 years combined experience. Glenn and Gayle Hedley each have 40 years, and Harry has 10 years experience as a golf tour operator. Rest assured, your travel experience to Fiji will be safe, smooth and enjoyable. Our mantra is that the more efficient and relaxed we are, you are, and the success of this is echoed by the high number of repeat guests we enjoy.

Do you accept guests from overseas?

Of Course! This tour is open to everyone, and we typically have a mix of international guests on all our hosted experiences.

Are golf carts included?

Yes, shared motorised carts are included for all rounds.

Do you offer non-golfer options?

How large is the tour group?

Fiji Golf Week is more akin to a social golf event which is designed to minimise travel and maximise socialising and relaxing. We are expecting 72 golfers for this event with a shot-gun start. Managing this number of golfers is fun for a 1-hotel event & everything runs smoothly. Normally our multi-week tours are limited to 20 guests, but Fiji Golf Week allows for 72 in a social atmosphere.

Is this a fully hosted tour?

Yes. We handle everything—transfers, tee times, extra activities, and all hosted functions—so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

Do you have a flexible booking plan?

Yes, we offer a 25% deposit payment to confirm your place. The balance is due in March 2026.. If you have individual requirements or queries, we can be flexible with the amounts you pay as long as the two main deadlines are met.

Do you take payments in other currencies?

Yes, we can take payment in all major currencies by card or direct deposit. The following payment currencies are available for this event: AUD, USD, GBP, CAD, NZD, EUR.

How do I secure my place on this tour?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment timelines will be outlined at the time of reservation. Places are limited and subject to availability, so early booking is recommended.

Can I use my own golf clubs?

Yes. We encourage you to bring your own clubs for the best playing experience. Club shipping services can be arranged upon request. Limited rental sets are available but must be pre-booked.

What level of golfer is this tour suited for?

This tour is suited to golfers of various handicaps who appreciate playing in a group environment. To ensure the enjoyment of other participant, each golfer must either have a registered handicap below 36, or belong to a golf club or golf network.

Is there a competition format or prizes?

Yes. We include light-hearted daily competitions with small prizes to keep things fun and engaging. The focus is on camaraderie, not serious tournament play.

Why is this event run in August?

August is a great time to run Fiji Golf Week, with little rainfall, warm weather and light winds. The rainy season occurs at the start of each year, so August is the dry season and perfect for both golf and escaping cold winters in Australia and New Zealand.

What makes Fiji so special?

Often we think of warm weather and sandy beaches as the biggest draw-card for holidays, but Fiji offers so much more than that. The laidback lifestyle, friendly people and slower pace of life make Fiji a relaxing break in an otherwise busy schedule. It is conveniently centrally located for participants coming from Australia, New Zealand and the US.

Can I join with other members from my club?

Club members are welcome to join as a group - we can get extra embroidery for your club on our tour polos.

How does the golf format work?

Scoring is individual Stableford for all four rounds. The total aggregate winner after four rounds wins the tournament (male and female winners). There are two divisions to keep it fair amongst the handicap divide.

Does Voyages.golf organise the pairings?

Over the four rounds, the first round will be paired as friends and partners. The remaining three rounds will be paired randomly to optimise diversity. The aim of Fiji Golf Week is to socialise and meet other people. For this event, by booking and paying a deposit, you agree to the pairing schedule.

Why should I book with Voyages.golf?

We specialise in hosted golf tours that combine premium golf with unforgettable travel experiences. Our tours are small-group, expertly organised, and focused on quality— not mass-market travel. Our repeat guest rate speaks for itself.

Do I need a visa to enter Fiji?

Visitors from New Zealand, Australia and the United States do not need a visa to enter Fiji for less than 90 days. Ensure you contact your embassy and the Fiji Government website information specific to you.

Which meals are included?

We have a welcome and farewell function with dinner & drinks included. Lunch is included for the four days of golf, as well as the dinner during the sailing experience experience. The only meals you need to plan to purchase are four dinners and two lunches.
