There are an estimated 250 boys and men who abused Jacinta and a further 500 who attacked Belinda Lang. Including their biological family the Lang brothers, father, mother and the non-biological ‘Rat of Tobruk’ member of the Department of Defence hero worship system, The Department of Veterans Affairs and Ballarat City Council employee with the power to adopt children by the Ballarat Diocese Bishop and then abuse the infants born to the adopted child, who was named William Joseph Corbett.

A perfect systematic abuse of power and trust under all Governmental and Religious Institutions, harnessing the power of Victorian Police to keep the child abuse victims in their place of torture and a life of persecution if they ever spoke out on the crimes! Hundreds of Men and Women of Ballarat and Victoria and Australian Governmental Departments all did the bidding of this Lang Family and the Ballarat Child Abuse Ring.

Over 3,500 employees of local council, schools, State and Federal Government Departments such as Human Services, Centrelink, Medicare, Hospitals and local community of Sebastopol to Ballarat to Melbourne Police knew these crimes were taking place over a period of 53 years, because the Ballarat Crimes Unit were protecting this child abuse ring to stay in existence. It is still thriving today, in 2021.

The State Government protected the child abusers by making them informants to the Victorian Police, sealing their mysterious deaths in secret sealed coronial inquests and even to this day protectthe Crown Casino and Kinsgcliff Beach Bowls Club who profited over $30 million Australian Dollars from the proceeds of pornography of the abuse of these two girls Belinda and Jacinta Lang.

Docklands Police in Melbourne in October 2020, verified that one of the Lang brothers was still under investigation by the Ballarat Police for incest and torture against his Sisters, yet the Ballarat Police could not find him for interviews?

Bill Lang led an international sabotage war against the eldest Sister Jacinta, because she was close to figuring out the child abuse ring secrets. DFAT forced Jacinta back to Australia and the Australian Federal Police claimed she was mentally unfit to be an Australian and was secreted away into a mental institution in Brisbane Hospital where they forced her to commence a relationship with her perpetrators. Everything was documented, then destroyed by the Department of Human Services Canberra Australian Capital Territory.

Very frightening, when you consider, Jacinta had been enslaved to this brother for over 26 years as his servant in businesses, so many, she lost count, before she escaped the Family to lodge her crime witness statements. It is believed the Lang heir to the Lang Family fortune, embezzled $500 million of the Lang Sisters’ inheritance rights and compensation rights each for the benefit of the Lang Family, Defence Force, Ballarat City Council and the Ballarat Catholic Church Diocese and to enrich his political career, knowing he had the corrupt protection of the Victorian Police to cover up all crimes.

If it was not for the Ballarat Bishop of the Catholic Diocese, the world war II veteran William Joseph Corbett would not have been able to adopt an American Airforce pilot's child in Ballarat, leading to a sexual abuse crime wave operating for more than 53 years to this Lang Family alone! Technically, the two Lang Sisters are American Citizens by law, but the Department of Defence covered this up too.

All perpetrators were protected by the Catholic Church, the Department of Defence, Ballarat City Council, Ballarat Police and State and Federal Government officials silencing the two girl victims from speaking out and hunting them down in their new secret lives from Melbourne to Berlin to Rotterdam, Gothenburg, Athens, Sicily and Switzerland.

Ballarat City Council staffers and lawyers profited directly from these crimes on file in the Victorian Supreme Court of Melbourne. Child abusers are not afraid in Victoria or Australia to openly conduct their crimes because of their wealth and access to powers of police and the Catholic Church’s access to Parliamentary powers of Victoria and Australia.

Not only were the two Sisters mysteriously falsely arrested, they were both taken out of their homes via authorities under false arrests and by imprisonment in maximum security prisons. One Lang Sister in Victoria arrested for begging for food in a shopping centre under the influence of heroin, and the other Sister was secreted away into some of the world's most secret Airport Prisons without anyone knowing where Jacinta had disappeared to because the DFAT officials claimed she was pretending to be an Australian Citizen when she was not?

Detained in all Swiss, USA, English and Dutch maximum security jails for asking for political asylum whilst in hiding around the world. Although, being a fully paid and vetted European Union Residency Status and with zero criminal history anywhere in the world.

It is not unlawful anywhere in the world to ask for safety from persecution and torture, asylum is not a criminal offence, only considered a criminal offence by the Australian Government in Jacinta's case alone! As soon as she asked for political asylum in Zurich Switzerland in 2014, all of the Lang Sisters' records were obliterated in a mass campaign of secrecy to delete them from historical record.

Everything deleted ranging from Centrelink to School, Hospital, Citizenship Records to Court Cases. In place of these records were claims the girls were mentally ill, international money launderers, experts in crime, fraud, child abusers and monetary criminals who could not be offered normal banking rights in Australia and had to have their mobile calls and emails monitored 24/7.

Yet, miraculously Jacinta was approved to apply for the Defence Force of Australia, verified as an Australian Citizen to take the induction and assessment testing, verified and vetted for a baseline security access for the Australian Public Service employed to a third party provider employed on the Federal Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources, confidentially caring for Australian Citizens’ business queries since 2019.

How can a Federal Government Department on one hand verify one Sister as an Australian and another Department of Human Services investigate her for not being an Australian Citizen?

How can the Department of Human Services Centrelink request over half a million medical interrogations of the two Sisters’ injuries and legal cases then lose them all in one day?

How does a child abuse victim go from being a victim of crime one day to being a danger to society the next day and being counted as a criminal with no criminal record?

The Victorian Ombudsman advised Jacinta when she was requesting to make her Public Interest Disclosure statement that she is confirmed that her Mobile Number was listed as a criminal in a Victorian Jail? I ask you, how many prisoners are allocated mobile numbers in prison?

It is believed to this day, that the two sisters are considered terrorists under the secrecy act, as this is the only legislation that permits such high level surveillance and being banned from legal representation. Otherwise, why would a woman going public with her abuse story be stalked by NATO Rifle Experts from the Australian Military?

Why would a child abuse victim be banned from making a whistleblower disclosure under Australian Law the Public Interest Disclosure Act is there to be called upon by anyone in Australia, for that matter, anyone can make a PID outside of Australia, but not these two women?

Government officials were so insidiously involved in the Sisters’ lives, that there are an estimated 35 years of audio recordings distressing both women to prove their injuries and confirm their abuse stories and experiences, over the phone and in public Centrelink offices.

A total of 52 hours per year of sexually violent conversations resulting into maladministration of the victims to have disabled support pensions constantly suspended for their injuries and medical care.

These recordings were made by the Department of Human Services, Internationals Services Team in Hobart Tasmania and Centrelink Disabled Support Pension Team in Canberra ACT. The grotesque nature of Governmental involvement in the women’s lives, resulted in constant cancellations of their welfare incomes, bare minimum medical care or little to no restorative surgery.

An estimated $250,000 was spent on each woman for 40 years to feed these victims, not house them or assist their medical care for torture injuries. Legal Aid Victoria profited $20,000 for cancelling the women's legal compensation cases and forcing the women to pay $20,000 in photocopying fees to lawyers.

In essence these two women victims, were tortured by approximately 750 perpetrators for the grand total of $20,000 in photocopying fees. The Victorian Public Prosecutors office deemed that these two child abuse victims were not worth $3,000 per rape, so the Victorian Police stopped their investigations and protected the abusers because they were all from wealthy families including the Lang Family of Ballarat, the boys and men and the police involved were all protected and enforced their intimidation on the two women to stay silent!

The Australian Government fail to offer these women any access to their records, now being secreted as part of the secrets act in Australia, because the child abuse ring-leader was a world war veteran. This investigation has never ended, it is ongoing now for over 8 years. To win their case the Department of Human Services and the South Australian Police arrested Jacinta and injected her on Kangaroo Island, claiming she was not an Australian and was secreted away into a Mental Institution in Adelaide in 2015. Police claimed after talking to the Ballarat Police that Jacinta was a child abuser, money launderer and a threat to the general public and was going to prison for impersonating an Australian.

Jacinta has never been arrested in any of the 25 Countries she has lived in or travelled through and never once in Australia over 53 years.

During the Victoria series of four lockdowns in 2020 to 2021, her Family advised they were spending time with the Ballarat Police and speaking to the dead perpetrators in Ballarat Cemetery, whilst making public service reports on Sky News that they were characters of good reputation and leaders of the community of Australia leading the Belt and Road China agenda for the Department of Treasury and the Australian National University and Harvard University Boston Massachusetts, United States of America.

Whilst the two sisters are dying from their sexual torture injuries, ranging from pelvic disfigurements, skeletal constellation injuries with strangulation syndrome disorders and blindness and ataxia, anemia and chronic disorders like mandibular bruxism and requiring jaw reconstruction.

Not once did the Victoria Police forensically examine the women, all cases were sealed or stopped the investigations and perpetrators still prosper living the high life with billions of dollars in their bank accounts and the two sisters have nothing!

Not one office of the public prosecutors or attorney generals of Australia took care when the sister Jacinta, begged the Government to investigate the ongoing crimes against the sisters, instead they stalked her and had thousands of police and military officials constantly visit her Linkedin profile in an effort to intimidate and silence her from going public. A Linkedin increase to 1500% increase of visitors to her business social media profile from September 2020 to 2021, the profile had to be pulled down.

During Jacinta’s secret life in Europe, from 2005 to 2018, a campaign was waged via a sealed Industrial Relations Hearing in Melbourne, a Fair Work Commission case was illegally opened to publish a book on Jacinta that she was a ‘slut in the workplace’, at her employer Accenture and the Australian Government Avenade Microsoft Project titled the NBN. This official level of defamation, slander and character assassination came from the Federal office of the Attorney General in 2011 during a time when Jacinta’s inventions were being welcomed in Germany and the European Commission. A secret sealed coroners’ case in Ballarat, was never told of my Sister and I, our story or our evidence or the Family story or the crimes they committed. Once again, the Catholic Church and the Defence Department, protected this case from the public knowledge, as it will leak the crimes of the Lang Family and the Government corruption.

It is believed James Michael Lang was murdered whilst I was giving evidence in Switzerland for my first political asylum protection request against the Australian Government officials stalking me in Europe and black flagging my passport at airports illegally.

The fake adoption of this child was a military secret.

I am owed over 15 years of the full pension they denied me of during these drawn-out investigations. Centrelink, then called Job Centre, even had records of my sister and I begging for a youth benefit to flee our Family in 1983 1984, sending us back to the child abusers without support or a way to flee?

I sought political asylum in Zurich Switzerland, London United Kingdom, Honolulu Hawaii USA and Ter Apel The Netherlands from 2014 to 2018.

Each time I was told I was a liar and I was a criminal and Australians have no human rights for protection.

Except, the Judge in Hawaii USA investigated me for terrorism, enemy of the state crimes and money laundering and child abuse and mental impairment. It took 5 months to prove I was innocent of the crimes DFAT accused me of.

I offered the USA Judge I would depart and stop wasting their time, but they proved I was an Australian Citizen and a law-abiding Citizen Internationally, not anywhere was I listed as a criminal in any of my birth or deed poll change of names.

I was arrested each time I returned to Australia.

But never charged with any crimes. In South Australia I was arrested on Kangaroo Island in 2015 and taken illegally to a mental hospital in Adelaide for three months.

I was told by Services Australia I was stealing money illegally from the Commonwealth Government and faking being an Australian Citizen.

I was told I had no rights in Australia and would be deported. A Melbourne Homeless shelter placed me into a drug infested hotel with refugee arrivals for one year in 2016. Without refugee support funds.

The Kangaroo Island Police claimed I was a terrorist and a child abuser. And I would go to jail for the rest of my life, after I told them my birth name in 2015.

So, the Ballarat Police de-frauded my case files and claimed on records so that I was a child abuser and money launderer and mentally ill and dangerous, rather than a fighter for justice for my sister and my rights! Only one person could tamper with those files and he was the senior detective sergeant they call the head of the Catholic Police Team of Ballarat.

They covered up more than what we estimate in our cases alone, is 14,000 incidents of torture, 1,000s or rape incidents and a lifetime of stalking me and my sister to keep us quiet. He pretended with the Public Prosecutor to be my heroes for protecting me and my sister in my court case, but they were corrupting and defending the king pin of the child abuse ring!

I was banned from flying I was locked up by the Australian Federal Police in Brisbane Airport in 2018 for not being an Australian Citizen and for being a terrorist or suspicious character and a child abuser and being a fraudulent claimant of an Australian Pension. Each Political Asylum bid I attempted I was placed into maximum security prisons, so whatever my Government was reporting about me must have been horrific crime accusations of the worst variety!

They put me in a Mental Hospital in Brisbane and told no one in the world, where I was or if I was alive.

The doctors forced me with Services Australia to have sick conversations with my perpetrators my father and my brother Denis and Bill Lang in 2018 after my Dutch Government refused me asylum support, as a fully paid legally assessed permanent Dutch resident.

The doctors drugged me to say they would reunite me with my Family. I told them what my Family did to me and my Sister and they did not care.

During the lockdown in Melbourne, I was threatened the entire 12 month duration of the lockdown by my brother and father and the Ballarat Police. To prove I should remain quiet, I was told they were together with the Crimes Investigations Bureau Senior Boss from Ballarat Police Force all attending a hospital in Covid-Lockdown, making it clear to me who they were protecting again and what would happen if we go public for help.

Then the fiscal rape started. Macquarie Bank stalking me with their male Bankers stalking my business websites, banning me from my banking products and home loans and business loans. Froze my small cash assets. Cancelled my links to all my accounts and banned me from paying my bills via BPAY. For some unknown reason banks reject me in Australia?

Then false credit reports started to appear in my letterbox stating I was in debt and bankrupt. I have never been bankrupt ever in over 25 Countries I have lived in for over 52 years.

I had stalking incidents from Service Australia The Department of Human Services claiming I owned them money, then they revoked the claim. Then they forced strange social workers on me via calls claiming that Services Australia had cancelled my Disabled Rights in their entirety and I could no longer afford essential medicine for my eye injections to keep my vision safe. Making me go blind faster!

Just as this incident happened, my mobiles phone numbers were deactivated by my telecommunications provider and police started randomly buzzing my apartment to come down and let them into my building? My facilities manager admitted the Australian Federal Police were investigating residents for the Commonwealth Government!

My lawyers all started to go missing too? Each lawyer from Shine Lawyers, Slater and Gordon to Maurice and Blackburn all took steps away from representing me and my Sister’s compensation from Department of Defence and Ballarat City Council and Victoria Police and claims against our Family. The amount of Police and Military Police and weapons experts stalking my LinkedIn forced me to find a Sydney Barrister specialising in criminal cases, in case, I get charged?

Now, as of the last two days, 10th and 11th of March 2012, Centrelink Department of Human Services in South Melbourne and the National Redress Scheme refused to take my evidence from me and my sister, forcing a security guard to stand behind me and threatening me to leave the building.

Centrelink said they had no records of me ever being an Australian and never having a DSP and there are no files on me on their systems. So I was there to restore my files and they refused them. The worst thing about Australia now, is they use women representatives to abuse you in front of the general public, to degrade you even further to ensure you feel worthless 100%.

Yet the Internationals Services Team in Hobart for Department of Human Services have all my files and admit they do have all of my records in safety on their systems? But when I call their Department, they threaten to send an ambulance to me to force a welfare check on me, if I ever call them again?

I am a professionally trained singer songwriter my whole career in Australia and Europe. I have worked for Council, State and Federal Government in Australia. I have never been a criminal or a liar one day in my life and neither has my sister.

Whilst the Government was man-handling me and claiming I was a threat to society in Australia and Europe, they falsely arrested my Sister begging for food at a supermarket so that she could eat and buy heroin. I believe they did this so that she would not be eligible for the Redress Scheme and it also coincided with my political asylum applications, I do not believe any chance of this being a coincidence.

The Victorian Police falsely placed my sister into a women’s prison in a Ravenwood Camp in Victoria, for over 6 months. No official advised me whilst they were investigating me, that my Sister could not be found? She is my life witness, of course they were going to hurt her and keep her quiet.

I have tried for 20 years to get the Commonwealth Ombudsman to help us and the Attorney Generals office for the last 15 years in Canberra to help us, but everytime I ask, I am investigated and hurt all over again.

No one will protect me and my sister.

I have sought help from Ministers in Europe who have guided me to seek humanitarian passports to leave Australia for Scandinavia where a professor is offering to help my sister and I get the treatment we need and the surgeries we must have.

But we also wish to be ready if or when we need to have access to euthanasia properly when the time comes. As aged care in Australia sexually assaults and abuses Australians in care.

My sister and I have too many injuries to push off a perpetrator and we cannot bear to be touched, we find it hard to go to the doctor or the dentist of in my case even my eye doctor.

My Sister and I have so many injuries, we know our Family is going to kill us, because I was forced to go public during the lockdown and after the Victorian Police put me in danger again and asked the Ballarat Police to know my new address, abusing me all over again.

These child abusers and criminals are so confident they got away with managing these crimes, that they stupidly advertised a funeral notice mentioning the child abuse victims in the advert alongside the child apex predator Denise Catherine Lang Death Notice in Tweed Heads Newspaper, in an attempt to beautify the atrocities.

When I asked the Australian Newspapers to feature my advertorial for my podcast to tell my story, I was banned in Australia from going public by all media, even though I have the evidence of the crimes and won my cases and was proven to be telling the truth with my sister’s supporting evidence and witness accounts.

No one wants to help us?

I do not believe this for a second. I believe our story is already the biggest open secret in Australian Governmental Departments, because I have been begging for help since 1968, the day my body was delivered to the St John of Gods Hospital where they documented the first tortures and abuses.

Australian child abusers in our case are billionaires, what lawyer is going to help us honestly?

The Federal Government knows this, as you have recordings of calls every time an embassy wanted money for my stolen passports or false suspensions of my pension, every time the Embassies and Consulates called my brother and father for money and assistance, they both claimed they did not know me?

Or falsely advised I was a cousin and a criminal and a child abuser and a money launderer. But on one occasion the Lang Family did pay for an airfare and one passport in Athens Greece. After the Australian Embassy in Athens tried to have me arrested on Rhodes Island and the Greek Police refused.

The reason I know this, is the team on Norfolk Island kept records, when the Dutch Royal Police helped me fly to Australia to be safe, they also recorded the calls.

Just like in Taormina Sicily, where the police and hostel owners refused to arrest me as the Australian Embassy in Rome had asked them to do to say I was a criminal for not paying my lodgings and having no identification due to a robbery, and Centrelink and DFAT cancelling my Pension again.

The Australian Government officials doing this to me, were altering the status of my life, the direction of my destiny and the law-abiding integrity of my humanity. They were trying to criminalise me when I have never been a criminal, never ever.

Did my Family pay these officials too? They must have, as I am back here all over again waiting for the Lang Family to shoot me, or rape me or torture me all over again, because your Government Departments have done the bidding of my Family, but you never protected me or my Sister?

Wouldn’t the Attorney General Office want to know, your office is being compromised? Or the Treasury Department is allowing my rapists to sign off on trade deals for China? So that the Victorian Government can make some cash from China? To grow more Catholic power to abuse more children in Victoria and Australia?

I guess my sister and I aren’t worth a few trillion dollars, so we are disposable bodies versus who you choose to sign off on your trade deals? But, didn’t you check the history of the Lang Family before you trusted their Catholic pedigree and Harvard Degrees?

In my career working in technology, I am trusted with data. It led me to safety running my little ideas business in Berlin and Amsterdam. I deserve to know who my American Grandfather is and we would like to know this so we can apply for out Citizenship elsewhere, as Alexander Downer High Commission for Australia in the United Kingdom, advised in 2014, that I am not allowed to renounce my Citizenship of Australia until I have another Citizenship.

JAbout the F10 application form Application for the Commission to deal with a dispute in accordance with a dispute settlement procedure When to use this form Part 6-2 of the Fair Work Act 2009 states that you may use this form to lodge an application to the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) to deal with a dispute if: •

About dispute resolution Section 738 of the Fair Work Act 2009 allows parties to a workplace dispute to apply to the Commission to deal with the dispute if: •

a modern award or enterprise agreement (known as industrial instruments), or a public sector determination, contract of employment or other written agreement includes a dispute resolution procedure, and

•

that dispute resolution procedure requires or allows the Commission to deal with a dispute.

The Commission can only deal with a dispute in the way that the dispute resolution clause allows. For example, a clause may allow a party to apply to the Commission to deal with a dispute only after all internal dispute mechanisms have been exhausted. The Commission must not exercise any powers until the conditions of the clause have been met.

The Commission can only deal with disputes under a contract of employment, other written agreement or public sector determination that relate to the National Employment Standards (the NES) or a safety net contractual entitlement (s.738 and s.739). A safety net contractual entitlement is an entitlement under a contract of employment that relates to the NES or a modern award (for example, a rate of pay) (s.12). Information about the NES and modern awards is available on the Commission’s website www.fwc.gov.au.

The Commission can only deal with a dispute about an individual flexibility arrangement or a request for a period of parental leave beyond the initial 12 months provided under the NES if the enterprise agreement, contract of employment or other written agreement allows it.

Legal or other representation Representation is where another person (such as a family member or friend, lawyer or paid agent, or an employee of a union or employer organisation) speaks or acts on a person’s behalf, or assists a person in certain other ways in relation to a matter before the Commission. There are some restrictions on representation by a lawyer or paid agent.

Fought for over 20 years in public prosecution cases to prove of all abuses.

Three of the Family abuses have since died.

Family embezzlement of my pay and rights continues as I present this matter Partial services were granted and negotiated but failed to afford me my monetary rights.
