Mit der neuen Vollfit Connect Kabelverschraubung, die mit einem speziellen Dichteinsatz versehen ist, lassen sich Kabel mit vormontierten Steckern problemlos und schnell fixieren. Dank dieses neuen Innendichtrings ist die Verschraubung für den nachträglichen Einbau von verschiedenen Steckervari anten wie z. B. RJ45, M8/M12 oder USB Stecker einsetzbar bei gleichzeitiger Klemmung von dünnen Kabeln. Das Kabel ist gegen Vibrationen gesichert, zugentlastet und nach IP 66 abgedichtet.

Avec le tout nouveau presse-étoupe Vollfit Connect doté d’un joint d’étanchéité divisible, montez et fixez facilement vos connecteurs dans les boîtiers. Grâce à cette nouveauté, il vous est possible de faire passer vos connecteur type RJ45, M8/M12 ou USB dans le presse-étoupe. Le câble est protégé contre les vibrations et grâce au filetage l’étanchéité est intacte (IP 66).

Temperaturunterschiede durch Umgebungsbedingungen und Eigenerwärmung aufgrund der eingebauten Elektronik können in dichten Gehäusen (>IP65), zu Kondenswasserbildung führen. Die Vollfit Druckausgleichs Verschraubung DAV sind mit einer semipermeablen Filter (C) versehen. Diese lässt das Gehäuse ‚atmen‘ und Luft kann aus- und einströmen. Der hydrophobe Filter verhindert, dass Feuchtigkeit oder Wasser in das Gehäu se gelangt. Die hohe Zugentlastung sowie der Schutz gegen Schmutz und Wasser bleiben erhalten.

La condensation se forme dans un boîtier (>IP65) lorsqu’il y a des différences de température parce que l’humidité ne peut s’évacuer. Le raccord de compensation DAV est doté d’une membrane semi-perméable. Cette membrane auto-respirante permet à l’air humide de s’échapper. Le film hydrophobe empêche l’humidité et l’eau de pénétrer dans le boîtier. La résistance à la saleté et à l’eau est maintenue.

Gaine de protection en polyamide pour une utilisation universelle.

Das aus Spezial-Polyamid gefertigte Schutzschlauch mit par allelen Rillen ist sehr flexibel und weitgehend beständig gegen Oele, Fette verdünnte Säuren und Lösungsmittel. Speziell in der Kombination mit der passenden Schlauchverschraubung ist der PA6 die wirtschaftlichste Lösung.

Cette gaine de protection conçue à partir d’un polyamide spécial à rainures parallèles est, de par ses propriétés, très souple et résistant aux huiles, graisses, acides dilués et solvants. Le flexible PA6 constitue la solution la plus économique, en particulier en combinaison avec les raccords Nylofix-plus adapté.

Gaine de protection supersouple et résistante aux UV en polyamide

Der aus Spezial-Polyamid gefertigte Schlauch mit parallelen Rillen ist auch bei Minustemperaturen hochflexibel und weit gehend beständig gegen Oele, Fette verdünnte Säuren und Lösungsmittel. Witterungsbeständigkeit dank erweitertem UV-Schutz. Speziell in der Kombination mit der passenden Vollprotec Schlauchverschraubung ist der PA12 die flexible Lösung für den bewegten Einsatz.

Cette gaine de protection conçue à partir d’un polyamide spécial à rainures parallèles conserve ses propriétés dans les températures négatives et est résistante aux huiles, graisse, acides dilués et solvants. Résistance aux intempéries grâce à une protection UV élargie. Le flexible PA12, en combinaison avec les raccords Vollprotec constitue la solution la plus adaptée pour une utilisation en mouvement.

Die VOLLPROTEC SPLIT PA6 Schläuche bieten guten mecha nischen Schutz bei gleichzeitig guter Flexibilität. Die Produkte eignen sich besonders für den nachträglichen Kabelschutz oder bei Verwendung konfektionierter Kabelsätze.

Les gaines annelée VOLLPROTEC SPLIT PA6 apportent une très bonne protection mécanique et une grande flexibilité. Ces produits s’utilisent spécialement pour une protection ultérieure des câbles ou suite à des arrangements de câbles.

Coflex PP sind flexible teilbare Schläuche und können in der Längsachse geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden. Sie eignen sich besonders für die nachträgliche Installation im Maschinenbau und industriellen Anwendungen. Durch die Verschliessbarkeit der Rohre sind den Anwendungen kaum Grenzen gesetzt.

Coflex PP sont des gaines annelées flexibles et divisibles sur toute leur longueur. Elles sont spécialement conçues pour une application dans les domaines mécaniques et industriels. Pouvant être refermées, elles peuvent être utilisées partout.

Original amerikanischer flexibler Kabelschutzschlauch mit Metallkerneinlage aus verzinktem, korrosionsbeständigem Bandstahl. Grössen 3/8" bis 11/4" mit mitlaufendem Kupferlei ter. Flüssigkeitsdichte Ummantelung aus hochwertigem PVC gemäss UL360, flammwidrig, sonnenlichtbeständig, auch für ölige Umgebung geeignet.

Gaine de protection souple d’origine américaine avec noyau métallique en feuille d’acier zingué à l’épreuve de la corrosion. Grandeurs 3/8" à 11/4" avec conducteur cuivre parallèle. Gaine étanche aux liquides en PVC de haute qualité selon UL-360, réfractaire et résistante aux rayons solaires, convient également à un environnement huileux.

Dieses Polyamid-Geflecht ist speziell beschichtet. Dadurch kann es einfach mit einer normalen Schere geschnitten werden (Kaltschnitt) ohne danach auszufransen. Die Nachbearbeitung der Schnittstelle entfällt. Auch bei minimalsten Platzverhält nissen können damit Kabel wirkungsvoll gebündelt und ge schützt werden. Das Geflecht bietet exzellente Schutzwirkung gegenüber Abrieb und sehr gute chemische Beständigkeit.

Detektierbarer Kabelbinder für die Lebensmittelindustrie

Röntgenbild / Rayon-X

Diese blauen detektierbaren Kabelbinder DT werden überall dort empfohlen, wo Kabelbinderreste nichts im Endprodukt zu suchen haben. Insbesondere in der Lebensmittel- und der Pharmazeutischen Industrie bei welcher die strenge HACCP EU-Richtlinien angewendet werden. Die Kabelbinder DT aus einer speziellen Polyamid Mischung sind mit Eisenoxyden durchsetzt und können durch Metalldetektoren und Röntgengeräten aber auch durch visuelle Erkennungssysteme identifiziert werden. Die intensive blaue Farbgebung begünstigt ebenfalls die optische Kontrolle und sichert ein schnelles Erkennen. Die Kabelbinder DT eignen sich für das Verschliessen von Säcken und Gebinden, oder bei der Installation von Kabel und Schläuchen in Produktionsanlagen.

Ces ligatures de câble bleues DT sont recommandées pour toutes les utilisations ou il est important de détecter d’éventuels restes de ligatures. Notamment dans l’industrie alimentaire et pharmaceutique où s’applique la stricte directive européenne HACCP. La ligature DT en Polyamide spécial est un mélange d’oxyde de fer permettant la détection grâce aux détecteurs de métaux, de rayon X mais aussi grâce à sa couleur bleue facilement repérable dans les aliments. En effet, cette couleur spécifique de la ligature permet un meilleur contrôle visuel et de détecter rapidement tout dépôt. La ligature de câble détectable est optimum pour attacher les sacs contenant des produits alimentaires ou bien pour les installations de câbles en zone de production.
