Developing new technique for mud construction, raising up 18"-24" thick rammed earth columns and reinforced slabs with stone masonry and use of lime mortar. Guest house with indoor sport facilities and entertainment zones for VIP resort members.

Sloping roof utilized as entertainment theater and the cut and fill method used to construct along the contours, planning on NE orientation, thick mud walls for insulation and high sealing height for datum and fresh ambience.

The proposal to be designed is of 180 bedded general hospital with focus on Pediatric Facilities.

MOHALI (CHANDIGARH-HEALTH CITY)The proposed site is part of Medicity with site area for 150 bedded hospital as approx. 28 acres with dimensions 456 x 248 m. The proposed site is surrounded by road on three sides, two side with 45m wide road and one side with 30 m wide road. The details are shown in site plan. The site is flat with little vegetation

main purpose of punctures and open to sky arenas was to amplify the wind flow and natural light in the building which induces healing , the central courtyard is having a mango tree and other planters to make patients feel homely and close to nature
02 ATRIUMS
the open volume of three floors increase the breathing space in public gathering spaces, and it becomes easy to communicate along the floors, increases stack effect which keeps the building cool, glass domes on roof allows light to penetrate inside.
03 PORCH + VEHICULAR ACCESS
hospital has 5 major departments-OPD, IPD, REHAB, PEDIATRIC, EMERGENCY and all have separate entries and vehicular access with covered porch, the entry exits are made barrier free and antiskid material is used for flooring.

complete structure is designed in floor levels with green terraces and solar farms ,to balance the net zero demand and supply of building.

Spaces must not be for the built mass , but built mass must exist for the rest, we respect everyone, no division on space wrt income, quality space for all, breathing and green arena views from every window of units, common spaces placed at center of site to have an easy access for all , school and market have tree buffer belt to cut off the noise and air pollution , the central park has a temple and spaces are developed in such a way that all negative arenas are converted into recreational areas.
