Walking 900 miles for Charity On 26th April 2018, PC Tyrone Powell and PC Louise O’Sullivan set off on their epic challenge to walk the length of the UK for the chrity, Mind . A charity known specifically for its Blue Light Programme - which provides resources, advice and support for members of all of the emergency services and their families. They also train Blue Light champions in the various services, to provide peer-to-peer support to colleagues in need. PC Powell and PC O’Sullivan managed to complete the walk in an impresssive 36 days whilst on annual leave and managed to raise over £6000 for charity . We had to share this incredible story for the amazing dedication and selfless act for a great cause. Well done guys! Check out PC Powell sharing his experience in the video above.

Visiting the Forces
Voice Mobile’s Business Development Manager, Gary McCloy has been busy visiting Police forces over the country as part of our ‘station visits’ tour. Locations have included; Lincolnshire, Cumbria, South Wales and Greater Manchester. These visits have given Gary the opportunity to speak with officers and staff directly about our current savings through our Police tariffs, available through Voice999 – our dedicated Police store. In addition to this at every station visit we also run a competition to be in with a chance to win £50 shopping vouchers, but not to worry if you don’t have any luck with that as we have plenty of freebies to give away too! “Getting the opportunity to visit police forces at their workplaces is a great chance to speak with officers and to get feedback on what else our police customers would like to see from us.
