KONSULTASI

1. TAHAP KONSULTASI SCHEMATIC DESIGN

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Klien memberika data-data yang dibutuhkan seperti: a. Lokasi site b. Ukuran site c. Konsep bangunan yang diinginkan d. Rencana Budget Pembangunan e. Rincian kebutuhan ruang dan sebagainya

3. TAHAP DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & DED

DETAILED ENGINEERING DRAWING

PELAKSANAAN KONTRUKSI

PENGAWASAN BERKALA

Klien melakukan Pembayaran tahap kedua sebesar 50% dari total biaya desain untuk pembuatan Gambar Model tiga Dimensi (3D). Gambar 3D menggambarkan bagaimana bentuk dan konsep bangunan yang diinginkan klien. Gambar 3D sangatlah penting dalam perencanaan tata ruang.

Dengan teknologi 3D, Klien dapat melihat bagaimana bentuk eksterior dan interior bangunan.

Pada tahap ini, klien diberikan kebebasan 3 kali revisi pada tampilan atau bentuk bangunan. (pada tahap ini jika ada perubahan denah maka akan dikenakan biaya tambahan dan dihitung kembali sesuai dengan perubahan yang diminta)

2. TAHAP SHEMATIC DESIGN Klien melakukan Pembayaran tahap pertama sebesar 30% dari total biaya desain untuk pembuatan denah. Denah merupakan bagian yang paling penting didalam membuat suatu bangunan karena dari denahlah yang akan dijadikan pedoman utama untuk membuat 3D dan gambar teknis. Pada tahap ini, klien di berikan kebebasan 3 kali revisi. setelah denah disetujui, maka dilanjutkan ketahap Dua, yaitu pembuatan 3D Model.

4. FINAL Klien melakukan pembayaran tahap ketiga/ pelunasan sebesar 20% dari total biaya desain untuk pembuatan: 1. Gambar Visual Render(Final) a. Gambar Eksterior b. Gambar Interior 2.Gambar kerja/ Gambar teknis yang diperlukan oleh tim pelaksana sebagai acuan dalam proses pembangunan: a. Gambar teknis Arsitektural b. Gambar teknis Struktural c. Gambar teknis Elektrikal dan Plumbing 3. Penyerahan File yang akan diberikan dalam bentuk: a. 1 Jilid Print out A3/A4 Gambar Kerja/Gambar Teknis b. Print out A3/A4 3d rendering c. Softle berisikan Gambar kerja/Gambar Teknis dan 3d rendering.

J - HOUSE Project: Rumah Tinggal + Indekos Location: Palembang - Indonesia Design by: Vlieg Architect Indonesia + Partners Client: Mr. Jo Building Area: 456 sqm

This is a residential + boarding house project in the city of Palembang, Indonesia. This building is a collaborative project. It has a total building oor area of approximately 456 sqm. The project site is located on hook land, which makes this building a bit unique.

The client wants within the scope of the building to consist of 3 things, namely the existence of a residence, cafeteria and rented room area (boarding house). After doing various calculations and analysis, this building has 3 zones where on the 1st oor there is a residential area and a cafeteria. Meanwhile, on the 2nd oor there are 8 rooms for rental, a warehouse, balcony and a shared kitchen. With lots of openings and neutral colored play, this building feels more refreshing, plus ample greenery in front of the building.

This is a residential project located in the city of Pekalongan, Central Java -Indonesia. This residential building is a collaborative project between Vlieg Architect and his partners. It has a building area of approximately 300 sqm.

Residential buildings carry the concept of a modern classical style house. The front area of the building is designed with large towering pillars to strengthen the character of the building concept. With a touch of neutral colors and yellow lighting, this house looks elegant and luxurious.

CA - HOUSE Project: Interior Rumah Tinggal Location: CRT - Batam Design by: Vlieg Architect Indonesia Client: Mr. Hen Building Area: 55 sqm

This is a residential interior project located in the Central Raya Tiban housing complex, Batam city. This residential project has type 45/78 which initially still had 2 meters of vacant land at the back of the house. With a fairly small area, the client wants a separate kitchen space. However, the room does not look cramped and still pays attention to the feng shui of a room.

The solution that we provided for the nal interior design was the addition of glass partitions as well as wall play with bright tones and additional wooden elements so that the warm and luxurious impression of this house can also be felt.

MUSHOLLA Project: Musholla Location: Pekanbaru - Indonesia Design by: Vlieg Architect Indonesia Client: Perumahan Pondok Dahlia Indah Building Area: 252 sqm

It is one of the social projects located in "Perumahan Pondok Dahlia Indah" in the city of Pekanbaru, Indonesia. The building has an area of about 252 sqm. The project location has high sunlight intensity and sufcient natural ventilation (wind). To overcome this, we designed this building to have lots of openings but covered with a roster so that the wind ow can enter the building. The corridor area of the building is surrounded by a small pond so that the wind that enters the building creates the impression of cool air. Utilizing green plants in the corridor area in every corner of the building as a substitute for the mosque's minaret creates a unique and cool impression on this building. With a touch of neutral colors and yellow lighting, the atmosphere of worship feels calmer and warmer.

This is a podcast studio space design project located in the city of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

With the rise of podcast shows in 2022, one of our clients wanted a studio to podcast about their product or the digital world.

We give this room a warm touch with exposed bricks, “kamprot” walls and warm colors to make the shooting feel more comfortable. With a touch of red and white LED lighting, it strengthens the character of the studio brand.
