The system has been designed after lengthy consultations with bodyshops; built with the user in mind and using the same technology as our in-house systems, it is a revolution for repair invoicing across the network. It allows live visibility of claim details from multiple work providers such as excess values and VAT status, it also accommodates a wide range of invoicing scenarios that can be submitted automatically with the ability to manage user access for one or multiple sites and thus expediting the final step in the repair process i.e.getting paid!
As a direct result of our repairers asking for a more efficient invoicing solution, we are pleased to present this new facility, built to redefine invoicing and payment services. The feedback from initial users has been glowing, with speed, accuracy and ease of use being the common themes. With direct links to our claims system, there is minimal data entry required on each invoice with auto-populated fields, and an ability to compare to many key details for invoicing, live with our records prior to submission. Adopting a simple step-by-step approach and requiring only a copy of a collection note for submission, the burden of requesting payment for a job well done has become a thing of the past.
We have already received thousands of invoices with no-touch from submission to payment via Lenz and this payment status can be seen live in Lenz once payment has been executed, improving communication, speed, and control for the user. Many of our new users have required no support to get up and running, bearing testament to the ease of use that the system has been designed by our experienced developers, however, there is a full suite of tutorials and guides readily available along with our Finance team on standby should a demonstration be preferred.
We are not looking to rest on our laurels for what had been designed so far, this is just the start, with future enhancements already in design. Downloadable statements for all invoices in-progress with Vizion and the ability to call down copies of remittances for those that have been paid are already in the pipeline.
