VIZION NETWORK CONTINES TO INVEST IN EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

VIZION RECOGNISE THAT THE BACKBONE OF THE COMPANY ARE OUR EMPLOYEES. WITH THAT IN MIND WE ARE HIGHLY FOCUSED ON UPSKILLING AND DEVELOPING EMPLOYEES.

We love to promote from within and see Customer Service Advisors flourish and progress into senior roles. We are committed to providing them with the best training possible, that enables us to keep all our best employees as well as building a strong work culture that is unafraid of innovation and change, failure and success and encourages them to become vizionaries.

We have had a longstanding relationship with the local Business School, Hull Business Training Centre, we utilise them for all our young apprenticeships for Business Administration and Customer Service.

HBTC recently increased their training offering to include Team Leader/Supervisor NVQs and we sought the opportunity to put forward some of our incredible team leaders on to this course, fast forward 15 months and all four employees that took the course have passed with flying colours!

By giving our leaders the opportunity to complete this NVQ has not only developed them on an individual level, but it has also improved the quality of the work delivered by all of them, increased productivity across their teams as well as boosting staff morale as the leaders have learnt new techniques on leadership.

We would like to congratulate all our Leaders that undertook the NVQ in Leadership on their amazing success, and we look forward to seeing what they can achieve over the coming year.
