T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı, devreye aldığı “Randevulu Sanal Sıra (RSS) Sistemi” ile gümrük kapılarında TIR’ların sıra beklemeden geçişini sağlayarak ihracatı hızlandırmayı hedefliyor. Kapıkule’de zorunlu hale gelen RSSS, Hamzabeyli ve Karkamış Gümrük Kapılarında da uygulamaya alınacak. The Ministry of Trade aims to accelerate exports by enabling trucks to transit through customs gates without waiting in the queue with the “Virtual Queue Booking System (RSSS)” it has put into use. RSSS, which has become obligatory at Kapıkule Gate, will also be implemented at Hamzabeyli and Karkamış Customs Gates.

umhurbaşkanlığı’nın 180 Günlük İcraat Programları çerçevesinde bulunan ve T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı’nın 17 eyleminden biri olan Randevulu Sanal Sıra (RSS) Sistemi, 13 Temmuz 2020 tarihinde Kapıkule Gümrük Kapısı’nda pilot uygulamaya başladı. Pilot uygulama sonrası eylül ayında Bakanlıktan yapılan açıklama ile 15 Eylül 2020 günü itibarıyla Kapıkule Gümrük Kapısı’ndan gerçekleştirilecek tüm çıkış işlemlerinin RSSS ile gerçekleştirileceği ve sonrasında RSSS iş akışı dışındaki sıra sistemlerinin kullanılmayacağı bildirildi. Yeni uygulama ile araçların terminal girişinde ve içerisinde geçirdiği zaman ve bekleme süresinin kısaltılması, sürücülerin gümrük kapısından ne zaman geçebileceklerini yaklaşık olarak öngörmesi, ve TIR kuyruklarının minimize edilmesi hedefleniyor. Sistem, web, mobil ve kiosk uygulamaları üzerinden kullanılabiliyor. Diğer gümrük kapılarında da uygulamaya alınması planlanan sistemin kullanılabilirliğini kolaylaştırmak ve yaygınlaştırmak için web ve mobil Kullanım Kılavuzu yayımlandı.

irtual Queue Booking System (RSSS), one of the 17 actions of the Ministry of Trade within the framework of the Presidency’s 180-Day Execution Programmes, started to be implemented as a pilot implementation at Kapıkule Customs Gate on July 13, 2020. Following the pilot implementation, with the statement made by the Ministry in September, it was reported that as of September 15, 2020, all exits from Kapıkule Customs Gate would be made with RSSS and subsequently, the queue systems other than RSSS workflow would not be used. With the new application, it is aimed to shorten the time and the waiting period of the vehicles at the entrance and inside the terminal, to estimate when the drivers can pass through the customs gate, and to minimize the truck queues. The system can be used via web, mobile and kiosk applications. In order to facilitate and expand the usability of the system planned to be implemented at other customs gates, a web and mobile User Guide has been published.
