Choose your coilers from lengths of 30m, 60m or up to 90m all fitted with a flexible, reinforced push rod.

Robust and flexible the push rod can be operated vertically or horizontally.

For application areas from DN60 up to DN225 the AC52 axial camera gives bend flexibility up to 90° for all pipes starting at DN60.

PTP50

P&T CAMERA Ø 56mm – 300mm

The PTP50 pan & tilt camera’s application area starts at DN60 and goes up to DN300. It has continuous rotation and a very large panning range.

PTP70II

P&T HEAD CAMERA Ø 79mm – 300mm

The PTP70II pan & tilt head camera has continuous rotation and a panning range of -20° – +110°. It is connected to the push camera system by the SP70 spring connection.

CONNECTION BOX PUSH CAMERA SYSTEM

The AGILIOS™ system is connected to a Rovion® system using the cable drum as the extension cable.

It has an external colour monitor with a tripod and glare shield for live video inspection.

Individual pressure-encapsulated system components enable an uncomplicated modification of the system configuration and ensure short set-up times and easy servicing.

Of course, the ROVION EX inspection systems are also scalable and growth-oriented and can be tailored according to your individual requirements. With suitable extension modules iPEK offers the possibility to specifically customise these systems to your needs for operation in explosion-protected zones.

The user-friendly Rovion® pipeline inspection system is fully scalable and all components are compatible.

Depending on the system you combine you can make inspections for pipe diameters ranging from 100mm to 2200mm. Accessories can also expand the system according to your requirements and the system can be used as a mobile unit or installed into vehicles.

AUXILIARY LIGHT Ø 200mm – 1,000mm An auxiliary light, with or without a builtin backeye camera, is available as an extension for the system. This offers the additional illumination required for dark or large inspection areas.

AXIAL CAMERA Ø 100mm – 225mm

The RAC50 axial camera is designed for use with the RX95 and RX130 crawlers. It features a CMOS colour camera, LED lighting and light control from 0 – 100%. On the RX95 it has a pipe bend mobility of DN150.

PTC50

P&T CAMERA Ø 100mm – 300mm

This pan & tilt camera features continuous rotation, a large panning range, CMOS colour sensor, focus mode and an integrated laser to measure diameter and crack width.

Thanks to the iPEK system’s trusted build quality our cameras offer reliability, longevity and the best inspection results. Choose cameras with pan & tilt, fish-eye lens, 120x zoom and continuous rotation and customize the system to build a unit to suit your needs.

This pan & tilt camera has a 10x optical, 12x digital zoom, an integrated laser to measure diameter and crack width, and powerful LED lighting.

The electrically driven elevator has a freely adjustable elevation level enabling the RX130 to operate from DN300 to DN600 with a centred camera. QCD quick lock design offers easy assembly.

RCR1000

CARRIER Ø 600mm – 1000mm

This 4-wheel drive crawler carrier has independent control on both sides to allow in-pipe systems ranging from 600mm – 1000mm. The RCR1000 offers large ground clearance and simple, fast installation.

This has been set up for lateral inspection from DN150 up to DN600. 6-wheel-drive (steerable).

CRAWLER ROVION® RX95

CRAWLER DN100mm – DN300mm Powerful six-wheel drive (steerable).

CRAWLER ROVION® RX400

RX400 for DN400 up to DN1300 (extends to DN2200) 4-wheel-drive (steerable).

RCC90 CAMERA ADAPTER

The application area ranges from DN79mm to DN2000mm. The adapter inspects horizontal and vertical pipes, manholes and special constructions.

WHEELS

QCD wheels (Quick Change Design) allow an easy, toolless wheel change. The QCD adapter is suited for all crawlers with an axle diameter of 12 mm and is very quick and simple to mount.

Egg-Shape adapter for ROVION® crawlers Enables the crawler to operate in pipes with an egg-shape profile. The horizontal drive also prevents tip-over.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR RTS

Used for a contact-free measurement of the pipe wall temperature. Application range starts at DN100 up to DN500.

DSIII FISH EYE CAMERA

This high-resolution colour camera is suitable for pipe diameters of 200mm – 1000mm and offers a maximum viewing angle of 190°. The 100 LED lights ensure every detail is captured.

LASER SHAPE SCANNER

This laser measurement device measures pipe diameter, deformations and creates a 3D pipe profile. Can be used from DN150 to DN700.

We offer vehicle-mounted systems for all your TV inspection needs and the iPEK Vehicle Design Team has years of combined specialised vehicle design experience. Our vehicle-mounted systems are made to withstand the most severe conditions and are ergonomically designed for comfort and efficiency. There are TV inspection options for sewer/storm/potable/ industrial inspection using mini mainline 50mm to 600mm or mainline 50mm to 2200mm systems.

We have an iPEK mobile service van that can come to you, complete a full service of your equipment, or carry our repairs.

In addition to the mobile van, we have servicing partners around the country who work to the same exacting standards that we pride ourselves on.

They will provide a high-quality service and fast turnaround delivered by qualified technicians.

The process begins with diagnostics and then repair followed by extensive quality checks.
