The Vista at Applewood was the perfect location for our wedding reception. With floor to ceiling windows all of our out of town guests were able to really appreciate how beautiful Colorado is in the fall. The location was a great size to allow people room to move around and yet not be dwarfed by too large a space. There is also ample parking for everyone. Best of all, the food and alcohol was very reasonably priced and we were able to provide an open bar the whole reception, much to the surprise and joy of our guests! We were fortunate to have found this place and would definitely recommend to others.

As much as I loved it I knew it was time to talk pricing (I mean golf courses aren't cheap). As I was presented a package for the pricing I was put at ease. Applewood is a beautiful place at a great price. They provide so much in their packages and make the food on site. Tara has been incredible to work with so far and always responds to emails in a timely fashion. I love this Venue and cannot wait to marry my best friend at such a spectacular venue!

Friday and Sunday Ceremonies Prices Range from $500 to $1500 depending on date and seasonality Private use of our tranquil ceremony garden We will block off the ceremony garden for two hours. This will allow 30 minutes for seating, 30 minutes for ceremony and 1 hour post ceremony for photos Setup and tear-down of our white padded ceremony chairs (up to 240) One table for unity candle or sand ceremony with white or ivory Linen One table for programs or guest book with white or ivory linen Power Source for DJ, Lighting, Amplification etc.

DEPOSITS & POLICIES A signed event agreement and non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your invoice total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is equal to at least 25% of the food & beverage minimum expenditure. We will request a payment every 90 days, and the full food and beverage minimum expenditure must be received at least 90 days prior to your event. 100% of the final estimated balance is due fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date, along with a confirmed guest count. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction. Personal checks cannot be accepted as final payment or if your event is within thirty (30) days.

MINIMUMS All events are required to meet a minimum food and beverage expenditure. Minimums vary based on seasonality, event time, or size of the event. Room minimums do not include service charges, sales tax, ceremony fees, cash bar sales and/or rental items. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are stated in the Private Event Confirmation Agreement. For minimum requirements for an event under consideration, please contact the Private Event Department.

MENUS All food and beverage must be provided by The Vista at Applewood Golf Course. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages designed to accommodate any event. Please ask about our custom menus. No outside alcohol is allowed. If it is brought onto the premises, it will be confiscated.

A split entrée menu may be offered on served meals. All entrées will be charged at the higher priced item and require assigned menu choices on each place card. Vendor meals are available at $29.99++ per vendor. In the Ruby and Diamond Packages, you are allotted the same amount of chair covers as guest that you pay for. Chair covers will not be provided for vendors, since they are charged at a lower rate. Additional chair covers, and floor length 120” linen may be ordered through the Private Event Office FOOD TASTING The Vista at Applewood Golf Course offers a private tasting for each of our packages booked/or for clients with an estimated invoice of $5,000 or more. Private tastings will be for the wedding couple only, any additional guests will be charged at $25.00 per person. We will not taste hors d’ oeuvres or dessert and ask that you narrow down your selection to the items you think you will want to serve at your event. Private tastings are only available during office hours Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

VENDORS The Vista at Applewood Golf Course does require that all vendors be licensed and insured. Please verify with all of your vendors that they meet these requirements. Proof of insurance may be required if they are not on our preferred vendor list. We do not allow outside linen, chair covers, chair rentals, food or beverage. Vendors are guaranteed admittance to set up one (1) hour prior to the start of your event.

STORAGE Please notify your vendors that the Vista at Applewood Golf Course will not provide storage for any event items.

Therefore, all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. The Vista at Applewood Golf Course will not be responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event.

DAY OF EVENT We are here early to make sure that everything goes well and that you are well taken care of. When the big day finally arrives, we will be waiting for you as soon as you come back down the aisle. We will introduce you to our Banquet Captain, and they will continue running your event along with your DJ/MC. The Vista at Applewood Golf Course will gladly place guest books, toasting glasses, and cake server sets only. These items need to be dropped off to the Private Event Department by 4:00 pm the day prior to your Wedding Day. Favors, place cards, and centerpieces need to be arranged by you, or your florist unless you secure our day of event coordinator for your wedding reception.

PHOTO TAKING At The Vista at Applewood Golf Course, we allow your entire family and bridal party to take photos in our Ceremony Garden area and on the Vista Deck. We do not allow photos on the actual putting greens and chipping area and you may not disrupt the pace of play. Please inquire regarding approved wedding photo opportunities.

We allot weddings one (1) six (6) passenger golf cart for your bridal party or ushers to use to transport guests; one (1) two (2) passenger golf cart for the couple and one (1) two (2) passenger golf cart for the photographer(s) or videographer.

We are located ž of a mile west off of the I-70 and Youngfield & 32nd exit. At the roundabout we will be the first exit to your right.
