SUNDAY LUNCH The package prices include a Sunday lunch (including a 1 litre bottle of water/2 persons or a jug of drinking water) at a restaurant/tavern in the district of your stay. Beverages are not included in the offer. The taverns typically offer (meat) meze. For fish meze, an additional charge of œ3 per person will be added to the package price.

The package includes arrival at the premises of your choice at 12:00 noon on Saturday, an overnight stay, dinner and breakfast at the hotel the next day, as well as lunch on Sunday at a restaurant/tavern of your choice within the region of your accommodation. Beverages are not included in the package price.

Also included is a half day excursion in the region of your stay on Sunday. The guided tour is held in Greek or English accordingly. A late check-out from the hotel (until 18:00) on Sunday is possible, depending on availability. So if you wish to extend your departure time, please contact the reception on arrival.

EXTENSION OF STAY

1. The prices listed above are those given by the tourist accommodation establishments and the restaurants/taverns.

The Cyprus Tourism Organisation is in no way responsible for any deviations that might occur. The prices are valid only for the periods listed above 2. No charge for children under the age of 6.

3. The rooms will be either Sea or Mountain View according to hotel availability.

4. Hill resorts up to 3 stars are offered at the price of a 3* hotel.

5. All traditional establishments are offered at the price of Hotel Apartments A'.

6. Tourist villages A' are offered at the price of a 4* hotel.

7. For the Spa Holidays the Sunday lunch is offered at the hotel (full board).

8. For Spa Holidays, hotels only offer single or double rooms.

9. For Lefkosia (Nicosia) district the packages include weekends during Christmas, Lent Monday, Easter and Pentecost.

10. The minimum number of participants for an excursion to take place is 10 persons.

11. Changes in the excursion programmes might occur.

12. In case where entrance fee/participation fee is applicable this will be paid by the participants.

13. In cases where an excursion is cancelled, due to low participation interest, the participants will be notified by the Friday prior to the weekend the excursion was supposed to take place.

14. The minimum number of participants for the boat trip to take place is 10 persons.

15. All reservations must be made through the travel agency that administers the programme, and not directly with the hotels and restaurants.

16. Please note that the timely vacation of the room is the participantÕs responsibility. Please ask to be informed of the check-out time upon your arrival.

17. Cancelations with full refund are accepted when the reservation is cancelled at least a week prior to the date of booking.

For this excursion no bus transfer is provided.
