Johnson Cabin Museum

Guy "The Champ" Chamberlin was a Blue Springs, NE native who was also the state's first famous major college football star during the early years of the 20th century This monument can be found at Southern Elementary School, where Chamberlin graduated.

Krider Hill
The highest point in Gage County is located south of Beatrice on Highway 77, then south 5.5 miles on Highway 112. In addition to breathtaking views, legend has it that Krider Hill is the burial site for an Otoe Native American Chief.
