The main arena, covering two acres under roof, has a dirt floor that measures 140 x 260 feet with an offset arena fence. There is available seating for 3,000. The two vending areas are 50 x 200 feet with easy accessibility to allow vendors or displays to be featured during arena events.

stalls. These barns feature sliding doors, wash racks and manure pits. The fourth barn was added in 2006 and has extensive paving and access to 30-amp hookups.

Additionally, approximately 150 portable stalls can be set up in the cattle barn when the cattle barn is available.

The newly renovated Cattle Barn Sales Arena offers 10,000 square feet and is fully conditioned space. This event facility can host banquets, weddings, and meetingtype events for 500+ people.

The town of Pendleton was created in 1790 as the district seat of the area. It is named after Judge Henry Pendleton, a Virginian who fought in the Revolution and remained in

Boscobel Golf & Country Club, located in Pendleton, just minutes from Clemson University, is a testing Fred Bolton designed layout that is situated in the heart of the Upstate of South Carolina. While Bolton is credited as the designer, the eighteen-hole course, which opened in the 1930's, has also seen Russell Breeden put his fingerprint on the rolling terrain of the Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens.
