We serve various industries, including medical and healthcare; waste management and recycling; food and beverage processing; printing and converting; and municipalities.

For over 50 years, the Vision Gelpack facility has had an outstanding track record in the manufacture and supply of polyethylene films, bags, sacks, sheets and tubing, delivering high-quality products in both virgin and recycled polymer grades, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes.

At the heart of Vision Gelpack are some of the most experienced people in the sector, consistently delivering smarter solutions and a ‘Customer First’ premium service.

Our in-house developed raw material blends, combined with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, are supported by robust process controls and strict adherence to quality management systems throughout our production process.

We are accredited UK manufacturers, delivering competitive, sustainable, and tailormade products using less raw materials to meet any specification. WE DO FLEXIBLE PACKAGING MANUFACTURING EXPERTS Vision Gelpack are manufacturers of flexible packaging, focused on the development and production of high performance polyethylene products, including films, bags, sacks, sheets and tubing.

Our development of high quality polyethylene packaging products is driven by a continual programme of investment in state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology, with co-extrusion offering the latest advances in equipment development and technology within the industry. Our capabilities in blended thin gauge products have secured our position as an industry leader and allowed us to build close longlasting relationships with suppliers of high grade quality raw materials.

We constantly seek to develop new film blends, coupled with the consistent performance of manufactured products and supported by strict process controls. Our facility operates 24 hours a day / seven days a week, and we are driven by a flexible and reactive service to accommodate rapidly changing market conditions, in a fastmoving sector.

As we move away from the traditional linear business model, and advance towards a Circular Economy, we can offer products with up to 90% recycled plastic content.

These can be manufactured to customer specifications on short lead times, and to an extensive range of colours, bespoke printing capabilities, and a wide range of finished bag formats incorporating high strength seal designs, presented on a roll, on a core or flat packed in folds.

FILM EXTRUSION We are positioned at the forefront of the polyethylene film extrusion and conversion sector, with co-extrusion technology at the core of our production process. Product quality is optimised through integrated automatic blend recipe management systems and equipment.

With equipment that incorporates the latest in screw, barrel and die technology, films can be extruded thinner and stronger without compromise on quality and performance. Our extrusion lines optimise gauge thickness, profile, lay flat, and width control, enabling our production technicians to constantly develop innovative products, with capacity to consistently produce them time after time.

POLYETHYLENE BAGS We carry out conversion of films and tubes with the latest high-output machinery within the industry, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy and sealing.

We produce gusseted, non-gusseted and multi-folded bags for a vast range of applications, which can be manufactured in-line with the extrusion process, or out-of-line.

Our bespoke single or two-colour printing delivers both a strong marketing presence and high quality finished product, adding to the brand image of our customers.
