Our apartments feature premium furnishings and central city locations, as well as services tailored to our clients’ specific needs. After a long day, there’s nothing better than being welcomed home by a fulfilling atmosphere that puts you at complete ease. This is why VISIONAPARTMENTS makes comfort priority one – from your fully appointed kitchen and free Internet and TV service to an array of further tailored facilities and offerings. Cleaning services, for example, are included in our prices. The bed linens in our residences are changed once every week, and we provide fresh towels twice every seven days.

Our residents can also take advantage of further laundry services. The VISIONDESIGN website, meanwhile, offers both inspiration for interior designs and the chance to purchase our apartments’ furnishings for yourself or someone else. All of these elements enable VISIONAPARTMENTS to combine the best aspects of an exclusive hotel suite and the feeling of being at home.

The smaller units have an even better cost / standard ratio than unfurnished 1½-room flats in the area, which represents our main goal: offering stylish living at reasonable prices.

The new apartment house is situated in an ideal urban location (Zurich’s district 3) that speaks for itself. In SZU Giesshübel, the residence practically has its own train station right outside its doors (putting Zurich’s main train station just five minutes away), and the major nearby motorways can be accessed easily by car. Guests can also reach the city centre by public transports in some minutes only, and the Sihlcity shopping centre is just a few steps away.
