At the time of its construction in 2005, this was Vision’s largest project.
The building spans six floors over a basement car park served by a car lift. The ground and first floors are commercial, with retail, educational and office use.
The upper floors provided twenty four apartment, served by two lift cores.
Alongside some standard sized two bed apartments were some spectacular duplexes and seven huge triplex units which set new price records for the area at the time.
The majority of the units had outside space and many had superb roof-terraces with views across the Thames to Canary Wharf.
The location, just outside Greenwich, and about 500 metres from the DLR made the development very popular particularly with buyers working in Docklands.
All the units were sold within three months of completion.
