Project Statement Problem with Electric Scooters Today - Expensive - Unsafe - Steep Learning Curve Our Objective - Introduce scooters to prospective commuters in a fun and inexpensive way - Address problems of Public inconvenience and Security issues with Secure Storage Units - Promote Scooters as a means of reducing Pollution and solving the problem of Parking Space scarcity

Market Trends Market State - Main market is US, Europe, India, China, Japan. Folding scooters constitute about 15% of the market in USA. Scooter Sharing services were started in US in 2018 but many failed due to lack of safety regulations and public inconvenience

Public Sharing Services are app-based or rental (from tourist bike shops) Charging Ports Currently available for select brands in Russia and Europe e.g. Delisamokat (Shown below)

Analysis of Potential Solutions We need a parking solution that does not obstruct pavements and public pathways
