Maybe, maybe not, but it’s just a slower, less fun – and often – more expensive road without one!

Bill Gates and Google CEO Eric Schmidt believe that everyone needs a coach!!! Eric Schmidt says “The one thing people are never good at is see themselves as others see them. A coach really really helps.”

All of us go through life right from childhood being influenced and taught by parents, teachers, friends, relatives. We also go through thousands of experiences some good and many bad. This resides and builds within us as beliefs. Most of these beliefs and unconscious beliefs. As we progress through our lives getting through college, getting a job, getting married these beliefs get reinforced some more get added and results in what becomes of us as a person. We do not feel good about ourselves, our relationships start souring, health issues crop up and we do not find anyone who can solve our issues. Our desperation in trying to be happy makes us go on vacations, investing in what we think is our dream house, dream car or bike but the results are still the same. We go to temples, do yoga, exercises, take up some sport, meet gurus and do meditation. It does help a little but the life still remains a challenge. We feel inadequate, insecure, fearful and stressed.

Can this be resolved? Of course? This is where a life coach comes in.

HOW CAN RAJAN HELP YOU WITH YOUR LIFE? Rajan does not mentor or counsel but becomes a mirror to your life. Provides you a view of where and what is causing you to feel the way you are. The reflections go back right to your childhood (some of the memories are either forgotten or buried deep within) and the established patterns are revealed to you.

Once this is done then the current and future are discussed and as a objective sounding board all the confusion is removed and more clarity emerges.

The final stage to develop the goals and work on specific actions which will constantly reviewed. The idea is to provide empowerment and ownership hence it will only be a facilitation.
