For the past seven years, she has connected aspiring talent to entertainment industry leaders. Kaback is a backer of five hit Broadway show, that combined, have won 6 Tony Awards, including 2013 Best Play Vonya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. She is currently writing a book called Finding Fame: The Insider’s Guide to the Entertainment Industry.
TONE CAPONE Carlos Acosta, who is better known as Tone Capone, is the Executive Vice President at Universal/CMG Motown Records. He is also the Executive Producer of “Street Soldiers” on NY’s number one station HOT 97 FM. He is the Producer of Emmis Communication and the CEO of Music Industry Online LLC. Tone Capone has also worked for JIVE Records as well as TVT Records. He has developed the careers of many music artists including but definitely not limited to: Pitbull, Yin Yang Twins, and Lil’Jon.
DAV I D D OA N David Doan is an agent at CESD Talent, where he works handling kids, teens, and young adults for TV, film, and theatre. Some of his clients have been in commercials for Apple, Mastercard, Estee Lauder, Macy’s, Target, McDonald’s, JC Penney, Burger King and in film and TV such as The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, Batman: The Dark Knight Rises, Gossip Girl, and Boardwalk Empire. Doan got his start working with kids in Talent Management at J. Mitchell Management. He moved on to Nickelodeon in the Casting Department working with kids and teens.
