Snore StoppA snore patches are designed to prevent snoring, dry mouth, and a variety of other problems. On their website, they do quite a bit of talking about how breathing through the mouth during sleep is unhealthy, and advocate that using their product can keep it from happening.

All in all, the product is pretty simple – and though some of the verbiage on the website seems a bit ‘dramatic’, it also seems that the idea behind it is pretty solid.

Type This product would technically be classified as a ‘snoring patch’, because it was designed to adhesively stick to the mouth and face during sleep – thereby preventing ‘mouth breathing’ from occurring.

Whether it works as well as a typical device, however, is much less clear. Some people might not have as much luck with these patches – while others might find them to be very beneficial.

Conclusion In the end, I was pretty impressed with the Snore StoppA, though I feel that its effectiveness is probably a bit limited.

It does seem to do a good job of doing what it was designed to do, but I also feel that it probably wouldn’t help everyone. If you have snoring problems and would like to try a product that you don’t have to put into your mouth, then I would definitely recommend the Snore StoppA as a first choice solution. It’s inexpensive and can be returned if you’re not satisfied with it for any reason (it has a great warranty, which is another good thing!).

If you find that it doesn’t work for you, then you could always move on to something a bit more advanced. As a beneficial side note, it will also help you to breathe through your nose more during sleep – which seems to be better for overall health and wellness anyway, so that’s a definite plus!
