Club Captains Report Hard to believe we have already dusted off January.

We have a few things planned for the year, including getting an interested group of young people together to learn about maintaining their first car.

Steve has worked hard to drum up interest in this project, so please get behind it with your support, ideas and help.

Also,if you have any ideas of places to visit or runs you would like to do please feel free to mention it to me. All suggestions great fully received.

Our first event is the Wally Rally on the 11th Feb For the Wallaby Rally a plate for afternoon tea would be appreciated Safe driving Suzanne

Xmas Run to Omarama On Saturday the 10th December a few cars went on a run up to Omarama to view Murray Stuart’s work shop and club room.

We went up the long way down seven mile road and after stopping at Kurow for a cup of tea, we crossed over Aviermore Dam and went up far side of the lakes crossing back over Benmore Dam and then around the back of Omarama to Murray Stuart’s

Murray Stuarts collection of ford mainly model A’s but a lot of them with flathead V8 running gear was very impressive.(there was one holden looking very lonely amongst all the fords.)

Not only were the collection of cars impressive Murray being an engineer had full range of equipment to fabricate all manner of improvements or alterations to his

The clubrooms at Murray’s which overlook his own dirt racing track are a man caves heaven.
