The atmosphere at Vino Locale has the feeling of a little wine country in the heart of Silicon Valley. As your guests enter our converted 1901 Victorian historic home, they'll discover a hidden 1,250 square foot outdoor back garden. In the evening, the garden is illuminated with twinkle lights, fire pits, and outdoor heaters. In the winter, two patios are completely enclosed and heated so you can be assured that your guests will be warm and dry.

Wine Tasting and Education Fun and educational! Great for teambuilding!

Mystery Flight Challenge: Guests guess the red wine varietal and informally learn about California reds as they taste. We'll chose two to four red varietals (no blends) for a blind tasting. Limited to 20 guests. Cost: Two Tier 1 wines $10 per person; four Tier 1 wines $20 per person. Upgrade to Tier 2: two wines at $15 per person; four wines at $30 per person.

Wine Tasting and Education: Based on a theme you select, you'll taste and discuss wines with our wine expert's leadership and guidance. Our wine expert will begin this one-hour tasting education with a short talk on the theme. Themes include: Coastal versus inland wines, Santa Cruz versus Napa wines, or Northern Californian versus Southern Californian wines. Limited to 20 guests.

Cost: $150-250 based on wine expert and wine tier. Tier 2 wines recommended.

Sensory Analysis Blind Tasting: In this one-hour tasting education, you'll train your palette to taste flavors in wine. Based on wines our wine expert selects, you'll begin by tasting and discussing four to six foods such as lemon, grapefruit, peaches, cherries, and buttered popcorn. Next you'll blind taste four to six wines and guess the predominate flavor profile of the wine. Limited to 20 guests. Cost: $200-$250 based on wine tier. Subject to specialist's availability.

Cost ranges from $150-300 per hour (background musicians or dance bands available) We offer satellite radio stations appropriate for a wine bar setting. Policies Change in your headcount? Please let us know 72 hours prior to your event and we'll adjust your proposal to reflect your new headcount.

Cancellations:  For a 100% refund, please let us know seven (7) days in advance and 14 days in advance for peak holiday season  Cancel (2-6) two to six days prior to your event, you'll forfeit your 20% deposit  Cancel within 24-hours’ notice, you'll be charged 50% of your event total
