Join us for the VINIV Mashup – our annual gathering to mark the end of a vintage, exclusively for clients who made a wine with us in 2023.

Price: 800€ (incl. taxes) / person

Accommodation not included. You benefit from preferential rates at Hôtel Cordeillan-Bages, exclusively privatized for the weekend. Private group transport is included for Saturday’s activities.

The Bassin d’Arcachon, formed thousands of years ago by the Leyre, a river from the Landes region with iron-rich waters, is a geological gem. Over time, the Leyre created a delta flowing into the Atlantic Ocean, shaping small islands and channels known as “esteys.” The Cap Ferret peninsula gradually emerged, sculpted by tides and coastal currents.

The Dune du Pilat owes its formation to a warm current from the Caribbean, which also softens the region’s winter climate. This current generates a compensatory coastal drift, moving up to 750,000 tons of sand per year.

La Co(o)rniche is a legendary destination on the Atlantic coast, perched on the edge of the Dune du Pilat and offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Originally a 1930s hunting lodge, the property was transformed by Philippe Starck into a modern icon of relaxed elegance.

Expect a memorable lunch surrounded by pine trees and dunes, where fine seafood meets outstanding design and atmosphere.

Fragrance Creator & Professional Nose

Delphine is the founder of InstantaNez, a Bordeaux-based studio that bridges the worlds of perfume and wine through emotion and scent. A graduate of ISIPCA, France’s top perfume school, and trained by master perfumer Maurice Roucel at Symrise Paris, she has developed a refined olfactory expertise.

Also certified in wine tasting (DUAD, WSET Level 2), she offers unique oeno-olfactory workshops that reveal the aromatic identity of wines. Her approach invites you to taste with your nose—and connect with your wine in a new, personal way.

At Mashup 2025, Delphine will guide you in exploring the aromas of your 2023 vintage and help you give words to what you feel and sense.
