The Bungalow aims to capture a local and modern suburban appearance with its minimal design elements It serves as a functional residential house with the implementation of a carport, as well as a lanai to improve the quality of life of the users
An attic is implemented in the house to provide more space such as for storage and more circulation to make use of the surface floor area between the first floor and the roof
