About Concept E

This concept provides convenient parking for businesses and additional retail or mixed-use space. On the south side of Main Street, a surface parking lot is added behind retail space. On the north side, the existing parking lot is transformed into new commercial space fronting the street, and parking is replaced with a small-scale parking garage behind the structure.
