It has a wide range of applications in many sectors such as industry and agriculture. Among them, machine vision technology has been widely applied in industries such as automobile, electronics, and electrical industries.At present, the application of industrial vision systems can be roughly divided into three directions: automatic detection, intelligent combination, and visual servo system. Among them, the application of machine vision in automatic detection includes geometric measurement tests and automatic visual recognition tests, and geometric measurement test technology is an essential part of manufacturing technology. In general industrial production, measurement of part dimensions is mostly done offline or through part-site inspection. However, as people are demanding the quality of packaging products, the measurement of part dimensions is 100% inspection, which puts forward higher requirements for inspection efficiency and means. The general optical instrument using geometric measurement technology is cumbersome in the reading process, the measurement time is long, the subjective error in personnel is large, and the automation level is low.
