FHA 203K and HomePath Construction We are licensed to complete FHA 203K Rehab Loan and HomePath Loan projects and specialize in completing this line of work. Many contractors will not do 203K jobs due to their complexity, but we have been doing 203K jobs for years and have extensive knowledge of 203K project requirements.

The typical home buyer shys away from foreclosed homes, fixer-upper's and older homes without considering the posibilities. FHA 203K Rehab Loans (or Rehabilitation Loans) are a government insured loans that make funds available for home remodeling and open the door for possibilities. In many cases, the remodeling work adds significant value to the home (for example: we completed $50,000 of work on a $80,000 fixer-upper home that is now valued at $160,000; a $30,000 increase in value). Who are we?

James Croci began his professional building career as a frustrated homeowner, looking for qualified craftsmen while buying, repairing and selling his own homes. As his passion for home remodeling grew, James started Cornerstone Cabinets with Chris Parker in 1988. He expanded into professional home inspections and extensive home renovations in the 90's to the present.

Chris Parker is a master carpenter who has been building new homes, remodeling homes, and performing commercial construction for about 40 years. His wealth of knowledge has been developed through construction projects in several states and multiple counrties. In 1983, he started Cornerstone Builders as a general contractor in Fremont, California.

James Biesecker has been working with us for a decade and is an expert in green building materials and installation. He brings extensive knowledge in electrical, plumbing and finish carpentry skills.
