MINDFUL WORK/STUDY BEGIN TASKS WITH A CLEAR INTENTION. TAKE REGULAR MINDFUL BREAKS. END YOUR WORK/STUDY DAY BY ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS. MINDFUL COMMUNICATION LISTEN ATTENTIVELY IN CONVERSATIONS, WITHOUT PLANNING YOUR RESPONSE. SPEAK WITH KINDNESS AND HONESTY. RESPECT DIFFERENT VIEWPOINTS WITHOUT JUDGMENT.
