Located at the site of the 1920’s-era Cedar Hotel, Viceroy Chicago offers locally inspired luxury experiences. With bold interiors designed by TAL Studio, each of the 180 guest rooms and 18 suites reflect Chicago’s vibrant art and lifestyle. Room blocks are available for private events.

CELEBRATE

With floor-to-ceiling windows and doors opening up to a spacious outdoor terrace, the Cedar Ballroom sets the stage for the ultimate city event.

The elegance of the Cedar Ballroom extends throughout the fourth floor, including two private salons and a private boardroom. With neutral tones and glowing chandeliers, the Cedar Ballroom and fourth floor are an inviting backdrop for your next event.

Adjacent to the ballroom is our expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the Gold Coast neighborhood. In warmer months, the terrace may be used for cocktail receptions and events.

CEDAR BALLROOM

Our fourth floor event space includes a spacious foyer perfect for a cocktail hour, as well as two private studios which may be used independently or as additional space to expand your wedding setup.

Accented with gold touches and with windows looking out over the Gold Coast neighborhood, Studio East, Studio West and our outdoor terrace provide an elegant backdrop as an extension of the Cedar Ballroom. Spaces may be set reception style, or used for an intimate seated rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or brunch.

PREFERRED VENDOR SELCTION

Viceroy Weddings at Viceroy Chicago has an expert team with connections to the very best of the industry. At your second meeting, you’ll work with one of our catering managers to create a team of vendors that will enhance your experience and bring your vision to life.

MENU TASTING

We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with our culinary team over a menu tasting prior to your wedding date.

GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS

We are delighted to offer preferred rates to your guest and courtesy room blocks maybe arranged.

AUXILIARY SERVICES

Valet parking: Valet Parking is available for your guests at the preferred rate of $35 per car and $75 for overnight parking.
