JANUARY 2024 | NOTES

Median Household Income is calculated by overlaying December 2023 Census data with district boundaries on a GIS Map, then adding all census tracts within the district boundaries and calculating the average income.

Shelter burden is calculated by taking 30% of the Annual Median Household Income by the district.
